Jordan Home Furniture

On October my boyfriend and I bought this leather sectional. We were impressed on how it looks in our apartment. When we have visitors we constantly have complements on our couches and we refer them to this furniture store. The prices are great and yesterday we bought a tv stand and a twin bed for our little princess. We are definitely returning for our bedroom set! Not only that we went to so many furniture stores before this one and most of them didn't care to attend us. Jordan's was our last option as soon as we walked in we were greeted and helped immediately. We were very welcomed for their customer service.

I bought a sectional sofa set from this store, after a week of purchase I called and spoke with MO and caroline and they dismissed my concern about my sectional sofas set being made out of cardboard they broke down and refuse to do anything about it. they literally have no concerns about family well being I have two little girls. I will never work with them ever again. They lost a customer for sure. I've bought from them for years. No I'm disgusted with their ethical thinking. Horrible customer service.

If you're looking for a really really good prices and really really good quality furniture this is the place to go. They have great furniture and good service. Super great, modern furniture. They have a huge on site selection also and a lot of stuff is in stock also so you can take it home that same day. They customize couch colors. I highly recommend them! ***Be advised I reviewed this store in order to receive a free therapeutic pillow. Although I am very satisfied with their service and the quality of my couch and kitchen table!

I probably would have bought something here had the sales person not tacked on a bunch of imaginary fees to jack up the price of the furniture. People... before you buy here check out some of the other stores in the area they pretty much have the same stuff and you might even get a better price but if you lying to me at the gate, you've already lost my sale. I knew the dude was lying to me when he started adding on all the California recycling fees and such because his eyes started moving side to side like the old Felix the Cat clocks that used to hang on the wall.

0 stars. Cancelled delivery on us 5 times. They never would call us to cancel and when we called they would promise the next time, they would deliver on time. After the fifth time that we called due to their cancellation, the owner got angry at my wife and told us not to call them, that they would call us. I went in to ask for refund or delivery on the spot. The owner yelled at me and told me to go home and they would deliver. When the delivery people arrived, the cousin of the owner wasn't even going to set up the couch as promised. I spoke to one of the delivery guys who said they were so behind on deliveries because everybody quit. They couldn't tolerate the a..hole owner.No compren aquí, son una bola de mentirosos y pendejos

I'm sorry to give them 1 Star, the 1 Star is for the employees who try to work in the store under extremely hot summer.They lost business worth of 3k from me, due to the place being dysfunctional; a sign of "lack of management support".I'm a Business Owner myself, cant understand how they are able to sustain by losing potential customers. This place needs a lot help!

Unprofessional people, cheap quality furniture got couches from them not even a year later they falling apart

I Really recommend shopping for your furniture at Jordan home furniture! Not only do they have a great selection to choose from but they also provide unbeatable prices. The staff were very attentive and hospitable. They definitely made sure our wants and needs were met within the budget we provided them with. The store was also very neat and clean which is a must when shopping for new furniture. All in all highly recommend this particular furniture store.

Whatever you don't talk to mike .they will try to scam you and add on random fees and try to make up percentages too bad we already bought the bed frame tried to set us up with a cal king when it came delivery day which was mentioned multiple times we want a KING . Ended up getting a est king paying the same price as cal king because they refused to pay for mikes mistakes . Hopefully never to see him again in any retail store terrible worker .

Do not purchase from this company bad quality and does not disclose that warranty needs to be purchased we were told furniture came with one year warranty and now they're saying it was supposed to be purchased. Literally had the dining set for 2 months and the chairs are having to be tightened every week.
