Jones Jumpers

Terrible service this place is a scam don't rent from them. I reserved a jumper and was told to send my name and the address for delivery to the number I called then the next day they texted me from a different number asking if I still wanted the jumper I text back yes and sent the address again but no response and they didn't answer the phone!

I contacted them on a Sunday thinking they would just get back to me Monday...Nope. they answered ny questions on a Sunday at 8:30pm. I didn't expect them to, but they did. Sorry they couldn't help me only because I just needed 20 chairs and no jumper, but believe me...Next time I need a jumper I am coming to them. Best service ever. Thank you Jones Jumpers. I never expected on a Sunday for you to take the time to get back to me. You are an amazing business that understands service. Wow. Mind blown.

I hired jones jumpers for my daughters birthday party and they were so nice and professional! One of the blowers for the jumpers went out and the guy was quick to come back and replace it to get the jumper going again! We also rented a cotton candy machine which was a hit! I'll definitely be hiring them again!

This is the second year I used them and same great quality service! Kiddos were happy and jumper was a hit! Thank you again for making our birthday party a hit with your jumper! We look forward to next year!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I rented a slide bouncer from Jones Jumpers for one month for my business. After doing lots of research for my long term rental, I can confidently say that they offer some of the best prices and service in the AV. Lee was professional and a pleasure to work with. You can tell that he loves what he does and is good at it too! He & his wife made sure we were happy with the bouncer set up and gave me the right blower to withstand all the kids that would use it for one month. Will definitely be using them for all my future entertainment rentals!

Very happy with Jones Jumpers! I needed a last minute jumper for my sons birthday party and they came through! Fast response & Reasonable price! Great service!! Fast and easy set up and pick up!
