Jolly Kone Drive-In

We just discovered the place last month and have already had them twice.This place gives me the best childhood memories! Lol the flavors of the food just take me back!They have a decent size menu with a variety of options, 6 different burger sizes, fries, onion rings, milkshakes, hotdogs, corn dogs, chili dogs, tacos, burritos, salads, chicken, plus much more!(I added photos of the menu)They even have fried Oreos y'all!And they serve breakfast all day!Everything is made freshly upon ordering, and everything was delicious.The sauce that they use on their burgers is amazing, I love how the fries aren't overly greasy and the ground beef isn't fatty or super thick.They even toast your buns!The fried Oreos are really good too.The place has outside seating only,Order through a window at the counter and the picnic benches are located on the side of the building. These little hole in the wall places be the best! And the prices are below average!Great food for a great price and friendly customer service! Oh yah, we'll be back!

Burger was excellent very good tasting fries salty and crisp would highly recommend so many other things on there menu i will go back and try

I was at the mall and was craving a burger. I googled and yelped some places in the area. I found this Jolly Kone, and it has good reviews. When I pulled up, It didn't look like it was open. I drove up to the drive-thru window and guess the owner was there. I ordered a cheeseburger and small fries which came up to $6.38. I had my own water. Man that was a great deal. I got my food and the small bag was filled halfway. It had my burger and small fries with extra fries on top! Score. The food was fresh. The burger was fire and the fries were hot and perfectly seasoned with seasoning salt. This is an excellent deal for burgers and fries in town! I will be returning.

Jolly Kone, across the street from Bob's Bait bucket does not disappoint. Nice girl at the counter, and hits the right kind of Bakersfield springtime feeling that I love. The pastrami is the best in town. Excellent cheeseburger too! Delicious 20 oz strawberry milkshake, for 2.80, it must be real ice cream! I'll be returning to support local business, instead of going to the habit! Ooh also great crinkle cut fries, seasoned just right!

This place is run down. But the food is top notch I drive across town just to get their tacos so good.

It's a really simple place but really great to. I've been going to that place since modern way was across the way. I recommend this place. Every thing is fresh and the fries are crunchy. You won't be disappointed

Great sandwiches, burgers and fries. Pastrami sandwiches are delicious.!!!!! Shakes are yummy!!!!

Place is a gem! Don't let appearance fool you here. Everything is great here. Chicken salad is so good! Owners are so nice!

Still my favorite place burgers are delicious and taquitos are the bomb! The service is always great and of course on hot days I have to have my vanilla Pepsi I really love eating here never disappointed.
