Very Disrespectful customer service when contacted the number on the website don't call this place there's better prices

I am very disappointed that when I called to ask about a bouncy house rental for my daughters 2nd birthday, I was denied service because of the party location: Shafter, CA. I copy and pasted this from the website from the FAQ section: "Q. When do I Pay ?A. Payment is upon delivery of the inflatable unit. We deliver throughout all of Kern County" so even though the website says they deliver throughout Kern County, they actually don't. And Shafter is not even that far. It's right next to Bakersfield. I'm bummed out, but will try to find another bouncy house rental business and make this birthday special for my soon to be 2 year old.

I was looking for a water slide for my daughter's birthday party and this guy seemed reasonable and affordable. He was really communicative, answering any questions I had, seemed really professional at first. Then I texted him a few days before the party to confirm that we were still on for the party which he confirmed. In which he asked what time I'll like him to come and set up. I told him 9am which he replied "okay let me schedule you in" So the day of the party he comes 9 am and he's not here so at 9:15 I text him and ask where he's at and he just says running behind and asks when the party is which I say noon. He doesn't respond then I ask when he'll be here he said 10:30 am So I left and my mom and Aunt were here when he showed up 2 hours late let me remind you. They told he he was very rude and unapologetic about being late. He made excuses and was very defensive about it, blaming other customers about being late. And the funny thing is he showed up today at 7am to pick it up on time.

I booked with this company last minute for a birthday party and it went great, they showed up on time, quick set up, they were very pleasant and polite and were on time picking up the equipment. I will definitely be using this company again in the future.

Giving 3 starts to average out both experiences. Booked a jumper with a slide for daughters 4th bday. Was great - jumper is in excellent condition and he was communicative. Decided to book again for her 5th bday this past weekend. Jumper he brought was beat up and needs to be retired. Noticed right away that when the kids were jumping it was sinking in. Went into it myself and you could feel air coming out of a lot of the seams. The ladder to get up to the slide would fall to the side when they tried to get up, and the kids were stopping in the middle of the slide because it dipped so much from not enough air getting in. I texted him with no response. Ended up finding 2 big holes that we patched with gorilla tape as best we could and sent him pictures. He finally responded and said that "some air is getting out but it's not too bad". I paid $220. It was not cheap, and the jumper was in terrible condition. Not once was I offered at least some of my money back for the faulty jumper. Will not be going with him again next year and do not recommend anyone else does either.

Always readily available even at the last minute I highly recommend them excellent service and very affordable

Delivery is always on time. He's even come through with a few last minute rentals for me! Tables, chairs and bouncers have always been clean and in good repair! Prices are affordable and I love that he doesn't charge an extra 25-50 For delivery (we are kind of far out). Professional, timely and courteous service. Jolly J Jumpers is the ONLY place we use. Highly recommend!

This feedback is not related to a jumper rental experience but a business transaction with this business owner. I had an unfortunate situation with the owner which he had no fault. As an act of good faith, I offered him my credentials to fairly mitigate the situation. In exchange for the mutually agreed $250 settlement, I justifiably requested him to sign a release of liability agreement so both parties are released from future legal responsibility. This business agreement is commonly used for various monetary transactions, such as, his jumper rental services. Surprisingly, his immediate reaction was that he accused me of threatening him. How did I pose to be a threat when I was going to pay him? It was a fair and justifiable request to ask for the signed agreement in exchange for the payment. Needless to say, there was a third-party evaluation. The authorized amount due to him was under $50. This unbiased determination indicated that he attempted to exploit me and, luckily, he did not get away with being "jolly about it!" So be very mindful in considering an honest and respectful business owner for a fair consumer experience.
