This business has been great and consistent when it has come to our family parties. All the kids LOVE every bounce house we have ever rented and beg for more time. I can't get them off! They seem to have switched ownership and the new owners are just as great and reliable as ever.

Great communication. Needed a last minute bounce house and they far exceeded expectations. A small, family run business that really went out of their way to help me and my family out. I'd highly recommend Joey's to any party/ celebration in the Central Valley.

This bounce house company is family owned and they are sooo helpful, I called not knowing exactly what size or theme I wanted and I ended up reserving by the end of the phone call. They even accept Venmo deposits which made the process super easy. I will be renting from this company for my all of my kids birthdays from here on out.

My family and I have been using Joeys Jumping Castles for years and will continue to use their services for any Birthday party or event in the future. I recommend them to everyone! They're super professional, helpful, and super affordable. They also have a variety of different jumpers and other great things for any occasion. 5 stars all across!

RUDE!! Don't waste your money here they dropped bounce house at 1pm and came right at 6 to pick up them didn't even wait till the kids were all out and started taking it down and hit kids over the head with the deflating bounce house thier tables were dirty and all tapped on the corners with old dirty grey duct tape. Going to report them to the city as this is one of their two preferred vendors that's they only reason I went thru them

Great service and customer service!They changed ownership and I book them for every one of my kid's events. It seems like they are always getting new things which makes the parties that much more fun! 10/10 recommend

The woman answering the phone at this business is very rude. Considering the pleasant tone you get from the website and the boasting of child happiness, you'd think that there might be a similar experience when you call. So for numerous reasons regarding her phone etiquette, and professionalism alone, my family will not be providing business to Joey's Jumping Castles.

I booked this company for a couple of their products for my brothers graduation. They were very polite on the phone even for me a deal for ordering two of their products. Very professional and responded to me quick. Paying was very easy, I didn't even have to be in person for anything. Just a phone call or text for everything set. The only thing I would say kinda bothered me was, well normally parties begin around 3-4? Pm and end around 9-10 maybe. I did ask for the order to arrive at 3 pm but it arrived at 12 but that was no problem, the problem was we weren't able to have it for a longer period of time, which was pretty lame. I did call to ask if we could possibly have it for an hour extra but it wasn't allowed so I had to pay an extra fee to have it overnight which I thought was a little high. So overall my experience was good but not great. I would just change the time spent with products to maybe overnight or later pick ups. Such great products so little time to enjoy.

I've rented many units from them for birthday parties and other events. The drivers that drop off and set up the bounce houses are quick and efficient. The prices are good for the huge waterslides they have. My kids love the thrilling slides like the free fall it's so big adults can also get on!

Reserved a water slide about a week before. I mentioned I would pay max $175 so the lady on the phone said ok and told me the slide she would send. She called a few days later confirming the price and slide and day due to them being booked. Workers delivered the slide and said $185. Pretty confused at that price difference, even though it was only $10. Upset at the fact I was told one price and had to pay another. The slides are great, the workers are also great.
