JM Precision Golf Carts

We love our golf cart and have had had a wonderful experience with Jarrett and his staff! We use it to putt around town, but mostly to pull the family dragster at the Famoso Races! It's perfect! If you're looking for a golf cart we highly recommend JM Precision Golf Carts!

Horrible, horrible, horrible!!!Buy from someone else!! Their customer service sucks! They set up dates to deliver your golf cart then they don't follow up, when you call to talon to someone no one seems to know what's going on and they just want to continue to reset your apt. for getting your golf cart so you may never get it. This place over promises and under delivers. Horrible!!To make their customer service better if you complain the sales man will call you and give you a and then say "you're lying, your review is wrong" then tell you how they have gone out of their way to get you your golf cart when it seems they have forgotten one simple thing: " that's their job and not my problem!"Please be cautious if you want to deal with this company!!Please be warned this company has and continues to have HORRIBLE customer service including the so called owner, Mason, who cuts you off on the phone and makes up excuses as to why his salesman/logistics people SUCK! Plus when you tell Mason there is a female in the office that's wonderful and nice he says "she's just a secretary." wow....what a male chauvinist if I've ever heard one. Then they continue to belittle you and say "sorry" like a 5 year old and continue to make up excuses for their horrible service and pretty much want you to appreciate them and continue to expect you to appreciate that they have even given you their time!To top it off if you are able to get your golf cart, they will only charge it to 25%.Again....What a JOKE!!!

Everything is done well. I would recommend them for everything... from a basic golf cart to one with all the fancy bells and whistles. Their customer service and care and knowledge and patience really stood out to me. And I LOVE my purple 6-seater Icon! Thank you, guys!

We bought our IKON golf cart from JM Precision Golf Carts about a year ago. It was a great purchase and we are "5 Star" satisfied. I would highly recommend if you are thinking about buying a golf cart that you check JM Precision out first. The IKON is a beautiful cart and is very well built. JM Precision runs their business with excellence and integrity. They went above and beyond to make the buying experience seamless AND enjoyable. I am not local to Bakersfield and they made sure to answer all my questions and custom requests in a timely manner. My cart was delivered right to my door with a reasonable delivery charge! I highly recommend buying a cart from JM Precision, local to Bakersfield or not.

Great company they truly know how to operate a business. I have had my golf cart for over 2 years. With anything the customer service when selling something is easy but how do they handle it when a warranty item is needed or if something just comes up. I had have a couple things come up and both times they go above and beyond to take care of whatever is needed.

Jarret will sell you everything in the shop & then some but his after the sale follow up is horrible!!!!!! He refuses to answer texts, ALWAYS has an excuse, never answers questions but if you tell him you are referring someone to him, HE WILL HOUND YOU TO DEATH!!!!! He will even try to coerce you into giving him your referral's contact information, which is highly inappropriate. He could care less what you need after purchasing a $15k golf cart!!! Stay away!! Buy from Central Coast Carts in Morro Bay or anyone else in the Central Valley but JM Precision Golf Carts!!!!

I found JM Precision Golf Cart while searching for golf carts online. I saw a photo of a purple golf cart and knew I had to have it. They were very responsive from the start. It was a fun process customizing this golf cart to my liking. Everyone I spoke to was very kind and helpful. They had the golf cart built & delivered to me in a very timely manner. I love the golf cart & now my neighbor and I patrol the neighborhood daily.

Great service for our event. Reasonable prices. And they went the extra mile to work with us on a delivery schedule of the rentals.
