We had the check engine light come on while driving I5 in the late afternoon. We called Ford & they told us to come in the next morning at 7:00 am. I have only one experience to share and it was outstanding. I have been in sales past 20 years at C-Suite executive level. We brought our own financing and landed in a price point after our test drive and via telephone the next day. We live an hour away. Came in with financing and monies in hand. We were extremely pleased with our sales team ( Ndidi, Pedro & finance Mgr., Gary. Very efficient and professional team. I usually don't do surveys, however they earned this one. We had recently received a notice about my wife's car and the recall on the airbags. We made an appointment and took it in. When we got there, we pulled in to the Lincoln service line and the Service representative came out and asked us how they could help. She was extremely friendly and helpful. Overall great experience to start.Here's where it takes a turn. While in the service bay, the guy working on my wife's car apparently didn't like her wholesome taste in music and decided to change the station to something that my wife certainly did not appreciate. Why would he change the music to fix the airbag? My wife also has a dash cam (mounted on the windshield not the dashboard) and he decided to take it down. Why? I wish my wife would have told me when I dropped her off to pick up her car. I could have said something to the service manager. I will be calling them.I did like their waiting room.

rip offs. When I took my car in there it had a small exhaust manifold leak. I took my car in Monday at 11 with my appointment was Monday at 12 didn't hear from anybody until I called them Tuesday morning at nine left a message no one ever called me back I kept calling for three days and finally they said they found the manifold exhaust week and they wanted $1100 to repair the exhaust manifold leak and then they tried to say I had a check engine light on which I did not. When I went and picked up my car the manifold exhaust leak was worse

Honestly this place is usually pretty awesome. Hopefully this is a one off but we took my wife's car in to get an oil change and it took them two and a half hours... we were the only ones there. Plus when we finally got the car they charged her to replace the lug nuts because apparently the manufacturer lug nuts that came with it were defective... which I'm still confused on why we get charged for their error. To top it off they usually wash the vehicle before bringing it out and they didn't this time. So long wait, unexpected charges, and no wash are the main reasons for the review.

A truly great experience. I worked with Greg Cormier and he was by far one of the best I have ever worked with. My experience started online and finished in person. I drove over 150 miles for a deal I couldn't find anywhere else. When I got there everything was taken care of and all that needed to be done was that the truck needed to be detailed. They filled it up and made sure I was comfortable with the deal. I cannot praise Greg and the team enough. If you want to go through a positive sales experience please stop at Jim Burke Ford.

I have a newer Lincoln still under warranty. In the beginning of July, in 100+ degrees the A/C goes out. Call to make an appointment. Earliest appointment is 3.5 weeks away. No Loaner car or anything. 3.5 weeks later, took it in and they did repair it, compressor went out on a car less than 25,000 miles. Once the appointment came I have no complains. Ubered me back and forth and repaired the car, no expenses. You buy a newer car to not have car problems, no such luck. Should have saved my 40K and repaired my old car.

I have purchased my F150 Lariat in 2017. Paid $65000. Paid it off within 2 years. Truck started pealing 6 months after purchase. Had notified Ford and it took some months to get the repaint approved. Had it repainted. 3 months later other parts of the truck were pealing ... Mind you we paid $2500 for a protective coat as well. We were told we didn't have to use that protection policy because the factory paint protection was still in affect. We have now had Ford repair our paint 5 times and our protection coat was never reapplied !!! The paint is still pealing ! Now the dealer simply won't return our calls! We call every month. They said they have a claim pending with Corporate... but it's been months ! This is a complete ripoff! We are filling a lawsuit! We are still under warranty but they are trying to run out the clock !
