Let me say as soon as you walk on the lot you don't have a bunch of sharks surrounding you like your blood in the water which I like I was a little mad after 10 minutes. No one came to help. I had to walk in after I got in there, I seen they were all with customers, the lady at the front desk called another lady from next-door. She immediately came to help me a few minutes in a salesman freed up and came to help me Nathan Crane was his name we end up buying the showroom mock E He was excellent he explained everything ask just the right amount of questions Chris McInnis was the finance manager also did an amazing job. I know everybody was a little as it was after 6:30 they close at six but they all stayed and had no problem to do so to help out and get us in the car, good guys keep up the good work thank you

We're gonna average out at 3 stars because the Service Manager saved the day. Damaged our vehicle and tried to get out of it!Martin - 1/5 starsWe recently took our vehicle in for some repairs (that weren't covered by our very expensive extended warranty, obviously) and paid over $1k. Luckily the parts were in stock, so the repairs took another day or so from diagnosis (almost $200). Our tow mirrors were damaged when we got it home. Called and they told us to bring it in Monday. Come Monday, Martin immediately saw the damage and said they will not be covering it, but he will give us a quote to repair it. No thank you!He brought out his manager who, rather than immediately saying "no," looked further into the damage. The bay where it was repaired had a heater directly over the lift and the prolonged heat melted the housing of the mirror. With no hesitation, he said it was clearly their fault and he'd be removing that heater to avoid future damages and replace our mirror. I'm so disappointed in Martin. We as vehicle owners trust these people who are clearly only out for their commissions. He didn't even take the time to listen to our concerns (such as, "we don't see an impact mark...it almost looks melted. Was it exposed to any heat?") before shutting us down and making a blanket "no" statement. Unfortunately until we're out of warranty (which...what does it even cover?!), we're locked into dealership repairs. 5/10 will return. If you have a mechanic you trust, just go to them.

Daniel, I read your reply, but you need to speak with your Ford customer service representative. I called them four times and was told that I have to speak with the dealer. Additionally, they told me twice that someone would return my call, but no one called me back. This truck went out of warranty because of the three years, not the 100,000 miles, which is a joke.

We ended up with some front end issues on our way to Seattle. Stopped in at noon to have the truck evaluated and found out we needed some repairs. The crew in the service department worked hard and had us back on the road at 4:30pm! Thank you so much for your hard work and excellent customer service! This is why we buy Ford.

Want to start by saying that I am that guy who takes all the fun out of buying a new car or in this case tuck (drives the wife crazy). After researching trucks within a 100-mile radius, finally landed on three dealerships that had exactly what we were looking for. Two of which were 75+ miles away and one within 20. Well, the World's Largest didn't live up to the hype. Jim Burke Ford in Bakersfield was one of the two remaining. Reached out to Chad Yost, internet sales via email and within minutes told him what we were interested in. He was extremely helpful, and we worked out all the details within 24hrs. During the 2-hour drive from Simi Valley constantly thinking this is too good to be true and psyching myself up to leave if anything changed. Happy to say, Chad came through just as promised and the entire experience was painless. Want to thank Chad, Eric, and Chris for taking care of me. This was the best car/truck buying experience and well worth the drive!

My wife went in for an oil change and they tried to sell her multiple unneeded services and flat out lied on the inspection form. Both the engine air filter and the cabin air filter are under a month old yet their dishonest tech marked both as unserviceable. The service writer went full potato when she called them out on this fact rather than owning up to their dishonesty. Not a surprise though coming from the same dealershite that knowingly sold me a broken truck that was blue oval certified. The lack of integrity at this dealership never ceases to amaze. Bakersfield needs a new, honest, Ford dealer.

DO NOT GO THERE!!!! Bought a used car from Jim Burke Ford (which turned out to be a lemon). Since it was used it only had a 90 day warranty unless I wanted to pay thousands of dollars for a warranty. Approximately 15 days after the 90 days was up there were major engine problems. I reached out to a manager, he called me back 24 hours later and said "I spoke to the used car manager and we aren't going to help you...it's not our problem." I didn't ask for a new car, I asked what can they do to help me since I am a disabled veteran. I was willing to buy another car...but they didn't want this one back. Obviously they do not fully inspect their used vehicles or else this wouldn't have happened to me. Now I am stuck with a vehicle that has bad cams and lifters. Thank you Jim Burke Ford for an EPIC FAIL!!!

Worst customer service from salesman Pedro Diaz. I spent $50k on a new vehicle - no haggling - no negotiations. All he had to do was process the paperwork . When I picked up my vehicle he said that I had to go to the other dealership to pick up the second key, that EVERYONE in both locations were too busy to bring it to me. Funny how once the paperwork is signed that all customer service ends ! I knew I should have gone to another dealership....
