Nothing like a little car trouble to try to ruin Christmas, but the good folks at Jim Burke Ford Quick Lane weren't about to let that happen. Our service advisor Yessenia and our mechanic (sorry I don't know her name) got our car looked at right away and started work on it immediately. Yessenia arranged for a Lyft to take us to and from our hotel and she even would have arranged transportation around town if we needed it. 24 hours later everything was fixed and were on our way again. Thanks Yessenia for making this go as smoothly as possible, you and your mechanic saved our trip.

Went in to get my sync audio system updated from vs 1 to the latest vs, currently at vs 3-4. Found out there is something that I don't remember the name of preventing it from updating. Cost over 1k to repair, I decided nevermind. Went in to pick up my car, now the audio system doesn't work at all anymore. I was told to bring it back on my off day so they can "try" to get the system working again. It was working when I brought it in, it's worse now than it was when I dropped it off. Never again will I take it to the dealership! 2016 Ford Escape btw

We bought a new Ford Lightning at a different dealership on a Saturday and were on a road trip and broke down on a Sunday. Our vehicle had to be towed to Jim Burke. We were fortunate to get Tabitha Cox as our service advisor. Our issue was unique and Tabitha ensured it was fully looked into and was able to get our truck fixed ASAP. We live 150 miles away and Tabitha was able to make a very stressful event much easier for us. She was patient with our questions and addressed all of our concerns. Incredible experience with Jim Burke ford. Finding a bronco at msrp off the lot is almost impossible in SoCal right now. Especially a 4 door hardtop. My husband and I ended up driving up to Jim burke ford from OC. Every person I spoke with was great. Very transparent. They made the process so smooth. Special thanks to Nicole and Tim. I was able to complete most of the paperwork online prior. All of my questions were answered quickly. They gave me what i wanted for my trade in. I've taken my 2017 mustang in here 3 times and spent over $5,600 trying to get the AC fixed. They have not stood behind the service warranty at all. Sometimes it has sat for over a month on these visits. The interior has been beaten up when they serviced it including scratches to the dash and tint. The first visit was due to a leak in cabin. The next visit they said was a leaky line under the hood. The third visit the compressor randomly exploded spewing fluid in the engine bay and smoke everywhere. They just repaired that last week and now the belt is wedged behind the pulley on the compressor. I don't even understand how that happens unless something is loose.

If your looking for quick reliable service this is not the place. 2 days to do a 2 hr job and a week for diagnosis and then when repair is done its done like a beginner did it. Experience has vanished from here nothing like it used to be years ago.
