I was in a collision a few weeks ago. But the damaged that was caused needed a bumper replacement, paint, and minor odds and ends that follow. My vehicle was in the shop 1 week. Tip: a tiny part wasn't in but Josh Schekel who was the estimator handling my file, finalized the paperwork early which caused their system to make an automatic call notifying me to pick up my vehicle :/ and I had already returned my rental. They offered to get me a rental off their lot to fix the issue or wait. It took them 45 minutes to put all the the pieces back together. I could see they were rushing & I have the patience of a saint. Also missing small piece was ordered and in the shop days later, I wasn't called back on that Thursday when they received the part nor Friday, so I called and left a message Josh was in the office on the weekend apologized and said he would check if they had the parts and call me first thing Monday morning. He did as promised and I went in right away and the part was installed in 7 minutes :) the staff was very nice and professional. Off topic they offered us coffee from their Keurig, water bottles and cupcakes. Nice to be offered. Seating area has a tv, to watch if you wait.

Not happy with the service I received. Car was rear ended and began leaking oil simultaneously at the time of collision. When the estimate was given, I told them to investigate the oil leak. Had to bring the car a 2nd time for more in-depth estimate. Once the body work was completed, still nothing on the leaks! It is now been told to me that it can't be proven that the accident was the cause of the leaks and I am responsible for fixing this. I am not happy about this, if they had figured this out before work was done, I would have had the insurance cut me a check for the damage on the car and gotten a new vehicle!!!!

They took great care of my vehicle and had my car in and out in great time. Liz was great in facilitating the entire process. My car looked brand new as soon as I got it back and they even washed it. Great experience

Incompetent from start to finish. Took my car here after it was stolen and recovered. Began with them being unable to locate my car on their lot. Followed by weeks of misinforming/misleading me and my insurance company. Ended with my going to pick it up upon supposed completion of work (weeks later than promised), only to find that it's filthy because they have not even washed the car when they were paid to detail it. That led to my discovering that other work had not been completed properly. Which meant more time required to fix. They ripped off my insurance company. Do NOT take your car here! One star because they were at least polite and apologetic through it all, but sorry only goes so far.

I went in for an estimate on my vehicle body damage today and the lady in the front said she did not have time to give me an estimate. I immediately walked out. This lady cannot be good for this business. Needless to say I will never return to this place. This lady makes this place look bad with her unprofessional demeanor and lack of customer service skills. I can also recall a time a couple of years earlier that I went in and this same lady turned me around and made me schedule an appointment for an estimate. I have never had to make an appointment for an estimate in all of my years. I wish I would of remembered this before I went in today. I am filing a complaint with Geico regarding this place. I wish they had a grading scale for body shops. This place would definitely have a failing grade.

I was helped by the collision department. Liz was very friendly. She was helpful and explained her part in the process clearly. Joe from Enterprise worked from the collision center and gave me the best service. They both made my experience pleasant. Not to mention my car was repaired and returned to me clean and well done. My only complaint would be with the receptionist. I believe her name was Pam. She went out of her way not to acknowledge me when I entered the establishment. So much so that Liz had to come from the back to greet me. Pam also had a short tone with me and did not explain the exit process when I picked up my car. She quickly said sign here and sign there. She was not happy when I chose to read what I was asked to sign. All in all - the service was great. It's unfortunate that the first person I encountered does not understand the value of good customer service.

I have used this place twice now and both times I have experienced stellar service. It's easy to make an appointment and once your car in the the shop it doesn't take them long to get it back to you. Pam up front is super nice and helpful and Josh is so easy to work with and gets the job done. They work with the insurance company and make the whole experience much easier to deal with. Once I got my car back, it looked good as new!

These guys are great!. Recently took my Expedition here after it was rear ended. Michelle, our service writer was great. She kept us informed of what was going on and gave a very accurate timeline of when we would have our car back. It took them around 2 weeks from the time we dropped it of to the time we picked it up, which feel was very goo considering how much work needed to be done and how busy they were. When we went to inspect the car i was VERY happy with the quality of their work, the car looked better than it did before the accident. On top of everything else, Michelle handled all the back and forth with the Farmers so it a smooth and easy process for us. I would recommend them to anyone.

This is a long one... We took our Focus to Jim Burke Collision Care after an accident. What better place to take a Ford than a Ford Dealer? When we inspected it after the work was completed, it looked like a backyard job. The rear quarter panel had been installed with what looked like Bondo and seam sealer, thickly applied with a brush. We did not accept the vehicle and asked them to fix it correctly. This was not the only issue, but it was the most visible at the time. They repaired the quarter panel and called us again. We reinspected and accepted the vehicle, only to drive it and find out the driver side door was hanging up and didn't want to open (a little traumatic for me since after the accident I couldn't open that door to get out of the car). The whole driver's side was scratched and swirl marks were visible in the paint where they did buff it. The bottom "skirt" was also loose. We took the car back for repairs. At this point, we are regretting our decision to use this shop. It was becoming evident there were no quality checks from the management. They adjusted the door, said they buffed the swirl marks out, and told us the clips on body effects often get loose when popping those pieces on and off, but the clips were on back order so they would just let us know when they came in. The door still wasn't right, but this time when they brought us the car, they brought a similar car "for comparison" like I hadn't been driving my car nearly every day for 3 years and must not know how car doors are supposed to feel. They even told us the passenger side door we were comparing the driver side to was "positioned too close and there should be more of a gap" (since the passenger side wasn't part of the repairs, are they saying Ford's quality is really that inconsistent on a single car?) This was the last insult. Maybe it was our fault for believe the car could be repaired to pre-accident standards. Maybe they are never the same again. In any case, we brought the car home after some heated words with the manager. We'll live with it as is until we have the money to have it repaired right. They will not be working on my car again - much to the relief of the manager, I'm sure. The only good things I can say are that our contact there was very patient and tried hard to be helpful and they covered the rental car costs.

Horribles customer service practically screaming at us just because we didn't know what we need for the car made us feel unwelcome like we where there asking for money or some thing and the other people there didn't step in once to tell her she can't speak to costumer like that the person with this bad service was krista Espinoza she had such bad customer service we had to find another place to fix my car and the next day that we went to get the keys for my car and there were other people around she was so nice but she did roll her eyes it seemed as though she was racist she also told is to leave the keys for the guy who was going. To pick up the car so we left it then they call and say they need the keys and some one had to be with the car well we were across town and I think should have told us that befor we left so had to leave what we were doing and go to the car that's not okay we have things to do but if she would have told us that we would have went straight to the car if I could put zero stars I would I just can't believe how she act and we were so patient with her
