I have used the services of Jewelry 2 Go a number of times to repair rings or watches. They have always done a great job. The prices have been reasonable and the people who work there have been very friendly and helpful. I would and have recommended them to friends who need anything in the way of jewelry or repairs.

I went in because one of my pearls fell out from the ring I bought there. THEY REPLACED IT FOR FREE AND IT LOOKS BETTER THAN IT DID. (They put a little bigger pearl in than the one that fell out) I absolutely LOVE this place!!!!!!And the customer service is SO AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First off, they verify the diamond I dropped off in my ring was the same diamond I took. They put it under a microscope (or whatever it's called.)Then they checked my ring for loose diamonds and found some. My ring is beautiful and I know it's the same diamond. These are the kind of people you want working with your jewels!

Horrible customer service! I stopped in and asked if they could clean a silver necklace I had because it was delicate and couldn't be cleaned with a brush or cloth. The girl working there said it wouldn't be a problem. She took it in the back and returned 10 minutes later to show me the chain had broken "while she was scrubbing it". It also had a horrible yellow sheen to it and she stated she had put it in 5 different cleaning solutions, which I assume some of those solutions are not meant for silver. Why on earth would she attempt to scrub it after I told her it was too delicate to do so? She said the person who does repairs would be in later and she would have him just twist the broken link back together and run the chain across a buffer to get rid of the yellow sheen. I explained that the links were solid and just twisting it closed wasn't the proper way to fix it and that there was no way the chain could be run across a buffer and not be damaged.At that point I was not willing to leave the necklace with them and risk further damage as it is a very sentimental necklace. Since it was a Tiffany necklace, I sent it to their repair department to have it properly repaired. I returned to Jewelry To Go a few days later with the repair invoice ($50) and spoke with Angela. I explained that since they damaged the necklace, I felt they should be responsible for the repair. She looked right at me and said "We did not damage your necklace." What!?! Angela was not even there the day the damage happened. The two girls that were there that day were standing right next to her and did not say a word. When I explained to her that they absolutely did damage it, she offered other excuses such as the chain was old and probably weak already (it was 2 years old) and that since they didn't charge me to clean it, they aren't responsible for damage. She said all of this while standing right next to a framed sign they keep on the counter saying the operate their store by "The Golden Rule". They may want to look up the golden rule again because it usually doesn't mean lying and being shady.She finally agreed to contact their insurance company and said she would call me within 48 hours. After not hearing back from her for a week, I called and left a message to have Angela call me. No call back. I waited another week and left 2 more messages and again no call back. I finally reached Angela who picked up the phone and proceeded to tell me she had left me "numerous" messages. Another lie. She told me that their insurance company denied the repair bill claim and they would not pay for it. I again explained that I believed they should be responsible for the repair and she said she would get back to me. She sent me an email stating that she contacted her lawyer and that she wasn't legally responsible. Wow, some Golden Rule. And over $50! So, if you are looking for rude, deceptive and shady customer service... this is your place!

They have always had exemplary customer service, fixed my jewelry with never any issues and provided high quality jewelry. They have excellent promotions and send coupons in the mail throughout the year. Will continue to support this mom and pop local business for many years to come.

I visited Jewelry to Go last weekend while visiting family in Ridgecrest from Las Vegas.My dress watch stopped working and the band was coming undone.I called to find out if they could help with my emergency.The owner kindly informed me that I could come right in and get service.He had my Movado watch battery in stock as well as a high quality band to replace my broken one.I'm so impressed with their customer service, kind and professional service!No waiting.No stress.Superb results!Their showroom is truly outstanding as well; it's beautifully designed and represents their amazing selection of unique diamonds, watches, and jewelry.I highly recommend Jewelry to Go!

I purchased a diamond ring from them in October, but did not get it until December. Supposedly the diamond vendor was going to send the paperwork that went with this diamond from overseas. I never got the paperwork, so I'll call bull on this. Also, I was not going to pay the ridiculous restocking fee to cancel this sale.The diamond ring also has a band of several smaller diamonds on the it. One of them popped out within two weeks. That to me speaks of shoddy craftsmanship. We found it and will get it repaired but not with them. I'll pay extra somewhere else. I will never come to this place again. It was not a good experience for me.

My daughter and her fiancé were shopping for the perfect engagement ring and Angie found the perfect diamond for them. They can't stop talking about the wonderful experience Angie made this very special day for them. Angie's customer service is the best and she is knowledgeable and honest. Well I see my review disappeared, so I will just repost it. First there is no refund policy but they give you store credit which you are stuck with ,if you don't like anything at the store.Because new stock seems too take forever to be inventoried, The last time this place got a good review was in 2005, well maybe that was the last time they had good service. Not a place I would recommend at all . After talking to many people in this town, it would seem like its a well known secret not to shop there. However that being said if you feel like parting with your money for over priced jewelry,or dirty jewelry ( sales girl actually had to ask if they even had cleaning cloths when this was pointed out upon a return) ,then just shop here. This review can be verified by the BBB website under complaints for this store.

If you want to be treated like royalty and get a good deal also, this is the jewelry store for you. I took some old gold jewelry in, to trade for a pair of earrings. They offered me 300.00 in trade. Told them I'd think about it and went to another jeweler in town and he only offered me 100.00 in trade. Went back to Jewelry To Go and ordered the pair of earrings I wanted. They were honest, insisted they clean my wedding ring for me and brought it back on a platter with some Hershey Kisses on it. Now, that's what I call upscale and excellent customer service!!
