Jersey Mike's Subs

Bomb guys! It's crazy that I literally used to live around the corner and I never visited. I started visiting years ago and I feel like I've missed out all these years. If you know me, I love me some freebies so one year I looked up all the places I could get goodies for my birthday and Jersey Mike's was one of them. I tried it for the first time one year on my birthday because when you sign up to their rewards program online then on your birthday you get a sub.Anytime I have visited it has always been to go and the service is always fantastic. I always order on the app and my order is always ready when I get there. I've been there when they were super busy and ordering on the app/online will save you tons of time because they'll place your sandwich on the pickup shelf. I am not the biggest fan of sandwiches, so if I'm raving about a sandwich place then in my opinion it is high quality sandwich... again that is only my very own opinion.The place is always clean, you always see the staff wearing gloves when handling food and the veggies look fresh. Staff is always pretty friendly and they are probably on rotation when I'm craving for a sandwich with 2 other sandwich places that I hold at a high regard. I definitely think you should give them a chance if you have never tried Jersey Mike's.

Staff was either overworked or really don't care about the job. We had ordered a couple of weeks ago and had our order completely wrong. They charged us for the wrong items as well. We made a complaint via email with customer service and haven't received a reply yet. We want our refund thank you.

Fresh sliced meats breads you have several choices to choose. Large variety of hot and cold sandwiches plus you can have salad too! Very clean business

This is my second time first time it was really made perfect . Very nice and clean and great friendly staff.I like it over subway . Price is right and they make their subs fresh . Like the rosemary bread.

This has been our go-to for a good while now. Great sandwiches, decent price compared to competitors. Until now. You can now expect less product on the sandwiches you order. To add insult to injury, they didn't make it Mike's Way, per my online order. I called to complain and they did offer to remake the sandwiches, but I didn't want to burn the gas. Plus, if less is the new more - less turkey, less tuna, less whatever - then I'll pass... permanently. Tip: a pound and a half of Sprout's brand deli turkey is less than the cost of two regular subs at Jersey Mike's - and you'll easily get four to six sandwiches out of it. Sure, I gotta make it. But it is My Way, not Mike's Way. Apparently Mike's Way now means less "toppings". Maybe sandwiches are shrinking to help pay the employees the state-mandated $20 per hour? Wouldn't surprise me. Avoid the chains and eat locally owned. And leave a bigger tip to the mom and pop restaurant servers who don't get the $20 per hour.

I got the ham and provolone and it was very tasty and left me full. The food got here very quickly and the employees were very nice.

Panama and Akers location is awesome. Great service I order on line and curbside pick up. Every thing I've tried is delicious. Clean establishment.

Jersey Mike's sub have less meat now thank you governor Newsome no one said...lol! Time to go back to our ancestors and pack your own dang lunch

Great hoagies.Every time I roll up on Jersey Mike he gets the job done super fast and in a hurry because who likes to wait, am it right or naww?

I have been to this location a few times and every time the manager has an attitude. This last time I ordered a hot sandwich and asked if he could add lettuce and tomato to my order and he said no. He stated that the sandwich comes the way it says on the menu and no add ons. They've always added whatever I wanted to my sandwich. He was rude about it and the restaurant was full of people. I will not go to this location again. He needs some managerial and customer service coaching. Not professional at all.
