I actually went back and gave Jerry pizza a 2nd chance.The Food was a 5 and service was a 5 ..Wasn't the same people from last time i went 2 years back. That was working the Front.

I've been coming to Jerry's Pizza for about 15 years now and they have always been great. But more recently with them serving liquor and they added more items to their menu they have really stepped up their game. There pizza is just really solid and delicious. The crust is seriously the best part. Crispy but soft. The sauce, cheese and pepperoni are of great quality. For $5 bucks a large slice, I think it's a great deal. Overall after my last visit in August of 2024, I would have to rate them a solid 8 out of 10. Thanks Jerry Pizza for the great consistency and more importantly, the great pizza. Till next time.

First time coming and the pizza was pretty good! The wedges were super crispy and such a good portion of it to share. I really like the array of pizza. The crust is my favorite type of crust. Crispy on the bottom but doughy. We tried the personal pizzas which are the perfect size for one. We got the buffalo chicken with white sauce pizza and the Hawaiian pizza. The buffalo sauce was not over powering and just right. There was plenty of pineapple and supper cheesy on the pineapple pizza one. Also, the employees were helpful and friendly. Would definitely come back to order some pizza to go!

Very cool location downtown! Restaurant has a very typical downtown vibe that some people love and some people hate. I love it. Service was very friendly and informative. We got a large pepperoni and it was delicious! Very cheesy! Also ordered wings and asada fries! I wasn't a fan of the wings but everyone else liked them! The asada fries were pretty good, not great but pretty good! They have a nice beer selection and we took advantage of that! Overall everything was priced more than fair and we had a great time! Can't wait to come back!

Lemon pepper wings from Jerry's Pizza Pub are a delightful treat that combines crispy chicken wings with zesty lemon and peppery flavors. Remember, lemon pepper wings are all about that zesty, crispy goodness! Despite being from Las Vegas and not Bakersfield, I decided to visit this restaurant due to the numerous positive reviews. Beyond their famous wings, I sampled a delicious birria pizza and a classic cheeseburger. Each dish was incredibly tasty! The vibrant decorations at this restaurant caught my eye. On the day of my visit, they were decked out in a Barbie and Bratz theme, which added a playful touch. Additionally, they were preparing for a live DJ performance. I appreciated the cleanliness--spotless floors and freshly wiped tables after each customer.

This is the first time me going into Jerry's pizza to actually get pizza and I like the size of the personal pizza and the toppings were good and fresh. I do feel like the crust could be better, but who am I? The person that helped us was nice and helpful. I haven't been in here since about 15 to 20 years ago and I know there's a new owner but it looks the same amount of grungy as it did back then. Lots of people love this place but it's not really my thing. 5 stars cuz there was no real issues.

Jerry's Pizza is for the people. I remember hearing about Jerry's when I was in high school in Ventura in the 1990s. It was a punk rock mecca. Like Gilman Street with food. All the touring bands played there. The current owners are definitely living up to the legacy of this amazing place. Its as good as it ever was, if not better. Check out their Instagram page- they have a crazy variety of events every week. Live music, of course, but book clubs, movies, events for families, events for couples, all ages stuff- they even have events in the alley next door. This is the kind of place any community would be grateful to have and they deserve all the support we can give to them in return. A+
