Jaru house is definitely one of those spots that's hit or miss although I will say I have had more positive experiences than bad the service is also very questionable and I can see why it can put some people off, however the food does speak for itself when you do come on a good day definitely one of the best sushi spots in the AV up there with a lot more expensive places. Now if you're willing to take the gamble 7/10 times it will be worth it if they can work on the atmosphere, service and consistency I can definitely consider this a top contender for best sushi spot !

Used to love coming here as a local. It seems like the standards have been lowered. Customer service is just simply plain bad. The Las Vegas roll was cooked burned. It also seems like they still haven't gotten over from the Covid era.Whoever's the restaurant owner is not same owner it once was.

I wanted to like this place but the sushi was nasty. Flat out. It also wasn't as visually appealing as the sushi rolls were really big and just lacked flavor. The noodles and orange chicken were also a miss.

I used to love going to this place since they have a large variety of food. Until last Friday 7/19 that I found a maggot in my beef & broccoli I've seen others reviews and I'm not the only one, I'm definitely not going back there. If you go I suggest you inspect your food before eating it.

Been coming here for years, the price and the amount of food you get is Amazing!! The only negative side of this place is the customers, they are nasty to the workers so I can understand any pushback or exhaustion from dealing with that daily.Customer service is more of a straight to business interaction, just go in an order and you'll be fine, they try to accommodate as best they can :)The sushi is made to order so always fresh :)

Me and my mom just went here to get some food and go home. As we were there the lady taking our order was a bit rude but we didn't say anything because we all have those long days. After eating the food at home my mom noticed there was something wrong with her orange chicken she then pulled out a staple. We diced to call the place back to let them know. The lady on the phone was rude didn't care and over all just said she will let her manager know. She didn't say sorry,ask for our names,offer a refund,or to remake the food. This was the worst experience i ever had at a restaurant. Would not recommend.
