Jan is the best. She has been doing our taxes for over 20 years. She is always friendly and calls us bacK. My husband and had an important time-sensitive question and she called him back that same night. A great professional!

All we have to say is the total opposite from the previous review. They are all rude, impolite, and lack of customer service in this office. I mean the lady know how to prepare taxes, but anyone who learn how to prepare taxes, can do her job, and you don't have to deal with old, rude, grumpy and grouchy women. Her stuff lacks of respect, professionalism, and commitment to the customer. The communication between customer, and reception is terrible, because the tax lady doesn't get our messages and directions. They are full of excuses not solutions, and the tax lady promises to call back with answers, and status, and 99.9% of the time she never calls back, and when you finally rich out to her she is full of excuses. We think overall this office lacks of everything a business have to have to a professional business. We get more answers from franchise tax places than this place. We don't recommend this place.
