Great customer service. It's so important to keep your receipts because that's their method of giving back your piece. I took my engagement ring in to replace a lost diamond and the ladies were so helpful to my hubby. They were so sweet to us when we picked up my ring. It's back to its sparkle and my missing diamond is no more :) the charge price was affordable, they also offer payment plans for purchases
