If 0 stars were an option, that would be there rating. Incredibly unprofessional people and buisness as a whole. We submitted an application months ago for them to fill propane. They took more than 30 days to respond to application and afterwards we kindly told them we received service elsewhere. The following week we were billed $850 for propane that wasn't even put into the tank. The week after that, they pulled into the driveway unauthorized and filled up the propane. We have been in constant communication with the office pleading them to remove the application and any information regarding us and they can manage to even say I'm sorry and that they messed up. Trash ass people

I rent my House n the tank that was here was a Jack Griggs Tank the charged me 50 tank rental before they would fill it . There Horrible. Takes forever to get a driver out here. A week or longer is normal delivery time. This last time I pre -Payed for 100 gallons. The Driver over filled my Tank by 27 gallon then the billed me ??. Some one should have been fired over that. I mean what the Fuck was the driver doing that he over filled my Tank. On a pre played order. If it was up to me I would have switched Companys years ago but it's not my house or my Tank. There's No negative Stars or I'd give them 10 neg. Stars. A pissed off Customer.

I have had Jack Griggs propane service for years. No problems UNTIL i ran out of propane in 28 degree weather. I know it is my fault. But when i called the office on saturday to ask if any trucks were going to be in my area (mountains above exeter) i was told "no. And if u want propane before monday it would cost 185$ for special delivery" i chose to wait and moved me. My animals. And everything needed to a friends house. Then i proceeded to work. Well guess what i passed coming down the hill??? Yep u guessed it a jack griggs truck. I called and was very upset. They lied to me. I can not stand people who lie. They ended up getting me gas that day but i am convinced it is only because they got busted. Shame on you Jack Griggs!!! SHAME!!!

Avoid at all costs. Was with the for over 4 years. Ended when i called to fill my tank and was told i had late fee of $25 and when i asked they got an attitude. Been sending invoices to old address and stated they had called me. I explained that they have my mobile and never once called me. Asked if they could work on the interest and we can figure out and was told no. Then offered me a gas fill up over 30% higher than another. Canceled service and moved over to Amerigas. Then they picked up about 90 gal of fuel and hit me with multiple charges so in the end they didn't have to refund me and made me still pay $38. If you want a company to overcharge you and then screw you in the end they're your company. Otherwise find a better provider.

Do NOT ever use their service. DO NOT ever rent their propane tank. They charge you a higher rate if you rent their tank and charge much higher yearly fee if you don't fill the tank regularly

New customers must create an account with this business and the forms to submit for an account are listed for viewing and printing on their website. They require a credit check, SS#'s, your present employer info, and they would like (but don't require) your DL#, occupation, salary (Are these so they can look at your account and charge accordingly?). Also I was told the new account could take a week to process. I only fill my propane tank once a year. I'm not purchasing a car or a house from them, I just wanted propane. If they have a CC#, what's the big deal? Too much of a hassle for a once a year fill.

Prompt service, truthful, helpful, and genuinely good people. We have had service for nearly two years and they have provided excellent customer service, helped me make educated decisions about when to fill up my tanks, and helped me deal with a few small problems left over from the previous company... what a 180 degree change from a previous company! I highly recommend!
