J&G Mini Super

This mini Mart is a UPS access point to pick up packages to be signed for, I don't understand why this mini mart closes at 6pm ? I went to pick up my package and it was closed SMH! I got up for work and showed up at 9AM. No one to open the doors !! This place needs some new management!!

Upon walking inside, you note the filthiness and the smell of flatulence. I had to come to this store to pick up my UPS package. At first the guy behind the counter says I have to come back tomorrow. I told him my tag said I could pick it up after 4:00 p.m. today. He started to argue with me. It's then that I see all of these parcels sitting on the outside of the cash register. I asked him if he could please look. He spend two minutes looking, found my package, and then started to give me a hard time because the parcel was addressed to my daughter. This place is just ratchet.

Ordered a custom pinata. They said it would be a week. I waited and waited only to be given different days on when it would arrive. After about three weeks I said forget it because It was days away from my son's birthday. The woman was extremely rude. She was unable to give me a date or a time or even tell me wether or not the pinata was ever even made.

Seems like people just want to write bad comments, i just picked up my ups package from this place with no problem, no hassle , just showed my id and boom already out the door with my package, dont know why everyone else had a hard time when i didn't.

The lady that work in this place is very rude. I went to pick up a package from UPS and was told all I had to do was give my ID. I did that she did want to look for the package and ask who told me it was here, I needed to call UPS. I had to pay to have it delivered to this location. I will never use this place again. I will go to the UPS location from now on. JUST RUDE AND I HAD TO PAY FOR IT.
