While everyone looked to be receiving good care, and the facility looked clean and welcoming, we did not choose Ivy Park due to the administrative staff not being upfront about costs. We made it well into the process, but realized at assessment that we were misquoted on costs for such things as medication management. We were sorely disappointed at the added costs, hundreds of dollars above ($600+ above quote) above quote when touring. I understand that this is a business, but to be strung along like this, when they knew the costs were already high, was not just wrong, it was unethical. Sorely disappointed. When I confronted the tour guide, her response was defensive and rude, instead of being apologetic and humble. She came across like a different person than the sweet and caring guide we had worked with for several months while making this decision. That tells me a lot. My mom was in tears today, which was heartbreaking.If you have unlimited funds, this place may be good for you.-Sheri Nolan
