Such a joke- they have a guard that wands you to make sure you don't have weapons. The you talk to the receptionist who gives you a random number.I waited just short of two hours to have the pleasure of meeting Ms. Holland & her terrible attitude. I had listened to her belittle & talk down to each poor soul who was sent her way.My turn- she argued about what year we were discussing. She said I told her the wrong year twice- no, I didn't. I showed her printed proof from the IRS website. She said I was wrong. Then after her stellar attitude, she says the IRS's own documentation is wrong & I won't get a refund for 3 months because some ass filed under my SSN 2 years ago & the IRS fraud unit pulled my return to verify it. She was good enough to show me her cpu screen which had no info on my return I filed in FEBRUARY !!! She was real helpful. Pray you don't get called to window #6. If you do, you're wasting your time.

People are rude. They now require an appointment for everything. The guy didn't explain why I owed for a tax year. He said I will get a transcript in the mail. Ya! What a great help. The documents are like reading Chinese. And I'm not Chinese!#robbers

I love paying taxes, though not evident by my current circumstance. Let it be known, my name is RAMOS and I don't want a FREE LUNCH, as my 6 generations of people, like those at OUR southern border don't and didn't expect or even want. NO WAY JOSE. I recently received a threat from the "IRS" that was intended to scare me but didn't because the call lacked the professional quality, integrity, and patient understanding of the real IRS which I have dealt with too many times I thought, but served me well in this recent matter. The matter being a heart tugging solicitation from a "national fraternity of police" to donate to their cause in a slightly unprofessional way after the second call when I stated, "Yes I do care for your families, especially those of fallen officers. But, I'm not sure you are a legitimate organization so I will search. But I wonder why you have to do this. Is it because your community doesn't want to pay taxes? However I want you to know this. I'm not Black, but BLACK LIVES MATTER to me. I'll be watching you and I know where to look to see if there is improvement. If there isn't, don't bother to call next time." I then noticed sales pitch pressure without INTEGRITY or PRIDE. No GUTS were needed by a Con. My "IRS" call within the hour, not unnoticed and at bed time, helped me sleep better and with a smile.

Had to get a form from the IRS and didn't want to wait 5-10 business days to get a short little form and went in without an appointment. I waited 2ish hours but they were able to help me get on my way.

Have apparently had my company get an audit for taxes and the individual I dealt with seemed like answering her was more important. During my appointment the agent named Teresa was very unprofessional because she kept making personal calls and was not helpful with my situation. Looks like her calls with boyfriend or husband are more important.

The employees from this place, where very professional, I never speck, so professional services, they answer all my questions, they resolve all my issues, that I was trying to solve for the last 3 years. I didn't have to wait for too much time even if I just showed without any appointment.

Took me 2hrs yesterday to book an apt for today. I come in and go thru the usual TSA style check in where the guard has you remove your belt, and everything else in your pockets. If your shoes beep they'll be removed. DO NOT COME ON FRIDAYS as they're short staffed. I've been waiting here now for better part of almost 2hrs WITH AN APT!! the IRS staff was not helpful at all. Very abrupt, short and condescending. As if they're stating the obvious. Fucking stupid.

So right, the IRS is a joke. I have been to local office only to be told an appointment is necessary. I asked if they weren't busy, could they help a walk in, such as myself. She arrogantly replied "no". They would just sit idly at their desk. She gave me a #to call to make an appointment. I have been on hold for 50 minutes. When the woman came on she started reading off a long number which was her id number but not being ready for such a long one and she spoke so fast, I said I'm sorry could you repeat as I didn't get it all. She hung up on me!! Prior to calling for an appointment, I tried the other numbers on my tax return and after many "push 1, etc", I was told to call another day. This happened with 3 different numbers. This is November, not April. What do these people do? The IRS should be abolished. I am sick of their rude attitude. I had received a letter in mid September telling us we would receive a recalculated refund in 4-6 weeks. Where is it? It's no wonder they have a guard that rummages through your purse or pockets before letting you pass. Talk about welfare. They don't deserve 1 star.
