This store posts on offer up a lot, but when youCall and ask if the item is available, they say they don't have it and offer you to come in and buy another item similar and usually more expensive, classic Bait and switch. Kind on the phone but do not have the products that they advertise !

We are downsizing and so we were looking for furniture, we ended up buying a table here. They have a lot of nice things here, and they have good prices; however, the guy that first approached us the first time we visited said if we paid the table cash price we would get a discount. The 2nd time we came, he charged us the full price. He lied to us. It's fine if we don't get a discount. We didn't come here for a discount; we came for a table, but don't make promises and not keep them.After we paid the table in full, we asked them to deliver the table in 2 weeks because we wouldn't be ready yet and less than a week later during work hours while we were working at home a delivery truck pulls up delivering the table. My husband was trying to tell the delivery guy we were working and it was scheduled and they came too early, but they just dropped it off and we just took it because who knows what would happen next.This place has nice furniture, but I wouldn't come back. I didn't like the way business was handled. They seem like nice people, but I just didnt like the experience. I wouldn't recommend anyone here.

I was in a real pinch and needed a dining room table set within a few days. I stopped in here and I'm really happy with the experience. I was greeted right away, explained my situation, and told to look around the showroom and if there was anything in stock that I liked she'd make me a deal on it since it was a showroom piece. I found a nice black table/chair set that I liked and it was the size I needed. She made me a great deal on it, there is no noticeable damage on the table or chairs (the table has a cabinet at the bottom and one side is missing the knobs so it can't be opened but that's my fault for not noticing.) I told her about my time crunch on this and she assured it me it would be delivered next day. As promised it was delivered the next day within a half hour of when she told me it would be, it's a beautiful set, my wife loves it and it fits our needs. Big thanks for the woman (who's name I forgot) for helping me out and getting me a great price.

I purchased furniture from this hell place and the manager and his employees were so rude. They didn't act professionally. When they came to assemble my furniture they cracked my dining table. The wine rack on the side was missing a piece. Manager said they would fix it but they never came. I called multiple times and he was upset and didn't want to help. He refused to talk to me because he said he needs to speak to the man of the house. Idk why he just didn't want to speak with me since I'm the one who paid for it. I will never purchase from this place again nor will I recommend anyone purchasing from Ihome furniture. Worse place ever. They also charged me for two night stands! When I only purchased two. It was a run around with them. I did get my money back from the second night stand but horrible place.

I have driven by this place many times since I work about two minutes from this location and was pleasantly surprised when I walk in. At first glance it's a little small but it's full of many wonderful pieces that I was able to take home and honestly at the most amazing prices in town. They were friendly and helpful and were able to accommodate me buying my pieces a month before I move in. I have my eye on some things there and hope to return to continue furnishing my first place!

Dealing with this company has been a nightmare. I ordered a couch online on September 13th. They told me 4-6 weeks since it wasn't in stock. Okay no big deal. I called at the 4th week mark. Not in yet. Okay no big deal. I call at the 6th week mark. They told me only one piece had came in (?). Never heard of that before. It's a 3 piece sectional but only one piece was delivered to the warehouse? That's odd. I just called today, November 6th at 11am (twice). They opened at 10am according to Google and no answer. Keep in mind I'm always the one reaching out to them and it should be the other way around. It's been almost 7 weeks now and I just want my couch that I paid over $1,000 for!! I'm so frustrated at this point. I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody.UPDATE: 11/13/2020 they delivered my couch today!! Yay. NOT. Still only 2 out of the 3 pieces were in. And then when the delivery driver took the second piece out, guess what?? It was the wrong item. How tf. This company is laughable at this point. The poor delivery guy had to go all the way to Tehachapi to get the correct item. This was around 1pm. It is now 6:45pm and he still isn't back. Totally not his fault. Stay away from iHome furniture. I'd be surprised if I get all 3 pieces of my sectional.

You need great quality furniture? Call them, no questions, rest assured you're going to get the best quality!I was helped by Ali, helped me furnish my new home (living room set, bedroom set, full size storage beds) everything arrived on time, they delivered and installed, and the quality, I was blown away!Thank you, appreciate the helpThis new house feels like home :)

After shopping around a few furniture stores in Bakersfield I went into IHome furniture and fell in love with a sectional and table. They were reasonably priced but Julissa and staff offered to make us an even better deal! I couldn't believe it! Unfortunately after measuring our living room the couch we wanted was too big. Julissa sent me a pic of a sectional that was smaller and at half the price! When they delivered the couch their was a miscommunication on which side the chase would be. However, when I let Julissa and the team know they corrected it right away and brought the new couch the next day! When most stores are over priced and tell you they can't deliver for weeks due to covid this store was amazing. Prices great! Service great! Delivery next day!

I just received my Benchcraft sectional and Ashley coffee table furniture today. Amazingly comfortable and the quality is exceptional. I researched furntiure and narrowed down my search to Benchcraft. The furniture I purchased were in the 'high end' furnture stores in Fresno, CA. I found everything at IHome furniture store in Wasco, CA (my hometown). They delivered to Fresno,CA and I saved a significant amount of money. Zaid was great to work with and was very knowledgeable on his product. Thank you

They are unprofessional! They owe me a mattress and still haven't resolved my issue instead they ignore my phone calls !! Don't buy from here !
