I bought some malayasian virgin hair and closure. I spent over 280 at this store just on the bundles, not including the dye and equipment to mix the dye. When I got to dying the hair I realized it isn't virgin, which pissed me off due to the fact I spent the money for a certain quality and length of hair. The color is jet black, no color is coming from it and I even tried to bleach the hair. Nothing. I would not record this store at all. The customer is fucked up and the bitches who work there are weird and always on some hating shit every time you come to give them your business. Im passed off mostly about the hair because I wa expecting to get my hair done and now I can't return it and I have to settle for some bullshit. I will never be spending money with them again.

Yes, they follow you around the store. If they are working on a project, they will stop everything to watch you camera. It is annoying AF, yes it is. I have said things to the employees before and they said the owner makes them watch everyone. They sale a brand of hair that I use, so I go in every once in awhile. Other than that, I go elsewhere.

I would have diffently given this business a 5 star rating if it wasn't for their "All Sale's Are Final" return policy. I'm a firm believer if you can take my hard earn money please be able to offer some sort of reasonable refund or exchange policy on styling products. The rating is only for the customer service and products that are offered. I was very pleased with the customer service which I received from entering the store to making my final purchases. The floor clerk and check out clerk were very pleasant and knowledgeable which made my shopping experience a very pleasant one. There's also a large variety of reasonable priced beauty product's and product's that aren't offered at local beauty supply stores which is a bonus when trying to locate specific styling product's.

The owner of this shop should be ashamed of his self. He has a rewards program but told his very nice employees I might ad to not to ask customers for there phone number when checking out. How are we supposed to take part in the rewards for coming to this over priced establishment. I really only come here for convenience. But I'll definitely be looking to spend my money else were. Customer service means a lot to some people.

Ok so I just left this beauty supply store. My problem they follow you around the store.I had no purse nothing just my wallet yet I still got watched I also notice it only happen to the black customers.I won't be back.

Once again... A business has no prerequisite whatsoever for customer service. For whatever reason the same seemingly uneducated and angry employee answers the phone and is extremely rude when I try to ask questions... Im treated As if I am completely insulting her. If I'm gonna spent almost $100 You are absolutely going to answer my questions. If you cannot handle a task like that... become your own boss And try to monetize a business with the terrible terrible customer service you offer. I hope you read this and I hope you understand that your false sense of entitlement is what gives our society a bad name. People like you are the reason Palmdale has gone down here. I don't understand what happened to customer service in this town.

As soon as you walk in they follow you around the store. I walked right out. I told the lady goodbye and that I won't be back and I will go somewhere where they don't follow me around the store. She looked shocked.

Lashes quality went sooooo downnnn used to be the spot. Not anymore they look so plastic don't waste your time.

Do not go there and buy any wigs!! If you asked them if you can buy the wigs on the display head since the wigs in the box does not look like the actual wig on display, they catch an attitude when you questioned them about their wigs or even to ask to speak with the store manager, they give you the run around. Especially the heavyset Hispanic lady with the black hair that works behind the counter, horrible bad attitude with poor customer service skills. I have been a loyal customer here ever since they have opened, spent a lot of money there and when you walk in there to make a purchase they either treat people of color like they out to rob the place or you not going to make a purchase. As a customer to buy a product you have the right to see the products you are buying to make sure it's the actual products they have on display to sell. False advertisement of their wigs on display to the wigs in the box with extremely horrible customer services to their paying customers!

Beware, they definitely follow you around like you're a criminal. Don't know if they're prejudice or not but, as a middle age black woman that was my experience every visit. I don't know why they follow people like that seeing that they have a monitor at the register. Makes no sense. Note to owner, you would probably sell more products if you allow the customers to browse the store with ease.
