I called to place my order since I wasn't sure what I wanted and they did an amazing job, creating what I described (3 centerpieces for a retirement lunch) and for a very reasonable price! Flowers were fresh and delivered right on time. I highly recommend House of Flowers in Bakersfield and will always use them, vs the online experience.

House of flowers really took good care of acknowledging and succeeding in the details and arrangement I ordered. I express my concerns I had as far as these flowers arrangements getting delivered fresh, for my friend to enjoy them for her birthday. And although there was a misunderstanding and was made ahead of time, Amanda reinsured me that Monday morning she will rearrange exactly what I wanted with fresher flowers the day of! After this order I will pursue to continue to do my business with them. Thank you again Amanda to you and your team of House of Flowers. I purchased my first arrangement of flowers from the House of Flowers and they are absolutely GORGEOUS!!I went on their website and found so many beautiful arrangements. There was one that caught my eyes called Positive Vibration. It had little pink and orange roses with white hydrangeas. It also had some adorable heart shape Pom-poms of greenery. The Pom-Pom and the tin pot the flowers were placed in made it very distinct and dazzling.My flowers were delivered to my house, so when I pulled up I could see the pretty white hydrangeas with little hits of pink, it looked so joyful. The arrangement was small size and it cost sixty-five dollars not including delivery fee; totally worth it. I will definitely be placing another order soon! They have so many captivating flower arrangements all creative and unique.

I've been going here for years because of First Friday and various other events. Its a small little plant shop downtown, full of charm. Not only do they sell plants, but also candles, shirts and pins! ! The people working here are always so sweet. Always taking a little time to talk and joke with people. They do bouquets and small indoor plants. As someone new to plant rearing, I adore their selection and appreciate there prices. Most of the plants are small, great for someone wanting to see their growth. I recently bought a little Keri hoya from them and I'm in love. I've already made a list of what plants to get next time!

Had the pleasure of using House of Flowers service recently. They were able to assist me on such short notice. I called them on a Saturday morning right when they opened. I asked them if they could make a corsage that I would need that evening for a special birthday celebration.The young lady who answered my call was very polite and helpful. She informed me that they could make the corsage, and it would be ready for pickup by 1:30pm. Good to their word, it was ready just as she said it would be. My wife liked it, and the corsage also was a hit at the prom themed birthday party.Thank you House of Flowers for coming through for us on such short notice! I am a fan!!

I was so impressed and satisfied with the way my situation was handled. The flowers were not delivered directly to the patient.they were left in the Lobby of a hospital for 3 hours. Immediately upon my report to ftd a new bouquet was delivered properly. I will be using the again for sure .and beautiful bouquet just like the picture

Ordered Valentine's Day Flowers well in advance (over 3 weeks) yet the delivery was not made on time & the staff was unhelpful claiming they have no contact with the delivery drivers. For the price they charge that is completely unprofessional business if they are unable to contact their drivers. Will not recommend and will not be using again. Last few years my daughter has sent flowers from this shop. The vases are unique and flowers beautiful, however, they cut the stems so short and strapped the tape so tight I couldn't keep them fresh for long. This year, 2024, they are lovely, fragrant and the vase is beautiful. Kudos to you.
