This little hidden gem is located next to our timeshare in Tehachapi and we have been going every morning for a nature walk. The park has a small kids area and a couple of trails. The lake has beautiful birds and some wild life. We saw plenty of squirrels and ducks. The trails are nicely marked and I believe you can also ride horses in this area. The covered area is a nice area if you are a fisherman as well as the bridge. The second day we hiked up to the top area that has a gazebo and just admired the View. The beauty and serenity of this area is priceless. It really helps you appreciate the small things.

Nice little park by the water. There are a couple of picnic tables that would be nice for a picnic. Fishing is pretty good mostly small bluegill. Be careful of rattlesnakes they are out. My son wasn't watching and stepped right next to it. I was on high alert and was able to warn him and I was able to back up before this little guy got to mad. So watch dogs and small kids for sure.

It's a park with swings, restrooms, a pond & ample parking. Get a pass for day fishing from the CSD or the gas station down the street if you'd like to fish for Catfish & bluegill. Please take your trash with you & respect the wildlife
