I've been servicing my Civic there now for 6 years and before that my Accord for 2. I used to be a Service Advisor for Honda and found them to be Very honest and every warranty and other repairs have been done to my complete satisfaction! My maintenance is reasonable and they have never mislead me; believe me, I'd know. My daughter bought a Honda there and the sales department was terrific, different from my last experience, but many times, it's the salesman who met have been new when you have problems. Cody and the service department were very helpful in getting our CRV in and getting a recalled fuel pump replaced. This has been a year coming and waiting for a part which is absolutely not the fault of the dealership, there's a manufacturer shortage in the pump. Anyway, I wanted to say thank you for the excellent and quick service they were able to provide and went out of their way to obtain a part for us. Thank you! I won't hesitate to do business again with the friendly and professional staff there.

DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE, GO TO HONDA IN PALMDALE INSTEAD!I called Honda in Palmdale and told them my AC wasn't working, I suspected it was a part under extended warranty due to a recall. They told me no problem, schedule your appointment & bring your car in. Their nearest appointment was a few weeks out so I contacted Lancaster Honda. I explained the suspected recall, they said it was no problem bring it in tmr. Both places said if it is one of those parts it's covered. I made arrangements to bring my car in before work. My dad checked in the service while I waited outside as his ride. He brings me a bill for $420! As soon as I get to work I call the number listed on the bill's paper which was circled & highlighted. It wouldn't go through because it wasn't accepting calls or no longer is service. So I googled the number I originally called when I made the appointment & called back. The receptionist told me if what's wrong with my car's AC is one of the 3 components on recall than it would be covered. *okayyyy* Then she tells me but if not your ON THE HOOK FOR $450 FOR RUNNING THE DIAGNOSTIC TEST. (Keep in mind my bill says $420 hers say $450) I was extremely upset bc this wasn't mentioned the day before when I called and made the appointment. The receptionist asked me what my bill says word for word. It DOES NOT SAY diagnostic test = $450. It says "MISC(cellaneous) = $420. Then she explain that was in reference to the diagnostic test. So let me get this straight the HIDDEN FEE was covered up but I was suppose to "miscellaneous" meant $450? So let's say 1/3 components on recall was faulty on my car, if anything else in conjunction was faulty im automatically charged $450 on top of the secondary part plus labor of $185/hr. Even if they found something else wrong with my car's AC I would be charged $450 without the option of walking away & getting a second opinion, simply because they said so. My concern was if a business was trying to be shady then ofc they would find any and every reason for it not to fall under the extended warranty with the 3 components listed on recall in order to charge me $450 or anything else wrong outside the 3 components covered to justify that charge. Mind you the $450 wasn't for labor (I double checked) the bill they gave my dad when he dropped it off because I understand labor costs money. Even if they wrote labor on the bill & charge me $300 I would've paid it. Then I tell the receptionist I don't want my car worked on, she tells me she cant guarantee my car hasn't already been touched. I asked her to find out if it had been because the service center open @8am & my call to them was time stamped on my call log for 8:11. I seriously doubt in 11mins of being open they are already working on cars. She told me that she can take a message and the service advisor would have to reach out. I told her that wasn't good enough & these hidden charges disguised as miscellaneous are ridiculous. I asked for whoever is above her and she told me it would be the service advisor. I said okay well I need you to note my account or something saying as of rn I don't want my car being worked on my Lancaster Honda because Ik what's gonna happen. The service advisor is gonna call me in 2hrs or after her lunch and say it's too late & charge me $450. She told me well I can't guarantee your car isn't gonna be touched & you're on the hook for $450 for a preliminary inspection when the car was dropped off. I told her absolutely not it's unacceptable & requested and email. She told me they don't email customers...??? So if I was a company how would you send an invoice. She just told me the service advisor will call me. Thankfully she did soon after. I told her I didn't want my car being worked on & she said she would waive the $450 because it hasn't been touched. She was helpful. I recorded the conversation & told her I would pick up the car after work. Then again I called Palmdale Honda just to double check, & yup that's not the case with them. They are gonna run a diagnostic for those 3 faulty components specifically. If it is 1/3 then it's covered & free. If not they call me and ASK if I want to run a more extensive diagnostic for $300. If yes, they call me with their findings & a quote. If I want to go through with it then they'll charge parts and labor ofc like normal. I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA WHY THERE WOULD BE A $450 DIFFERENCE FROM PALMDALE TO LANCASTER (15min drive) IN A "COMPETITIVE MARKET" lol there's a reason why Walmart price matches for Target & vice verse despite being independently owned that's a BIG difference & sneaky because it wasn't even itemized correctly on my bill. I wouldn't trust them or do business here. Needless to say I'll be sticking to Palmdale Honda.

This place scams people, I went in for an oil change, & they tried to get me to pay over $500! But what's funny is that after I declined I later that day got an email stating how I had declined to pay $130! Had that been the price I wouldn't have mind! But they have some sketchy stuff going around here. Also I did manage to snap a photo of the fake receipt & pdf'd it for proof! It looks like they just copied a bunch of Honda logo's & didn't know where else to paste them! Very bad photoshop.! I will never consider buying a car here.! Will rather drive to LA for a car

LeMark unselfishly and kindly brought sunshine to one of those days when most things go wrong. I live in Long Beach, CA. I'm in Lancaster on a low paying job to help catch up on bills. My normal line of work has been on strike since May 2023 and it's Dec 2023 today. My electric BMW just about ran out of electricity. It's the first time I've driven this far. I looked up charging stations. Thought it'd be an easy thing to fast charge and drive home. After driving to 6 different non working locations I hit my breaking point. I came to the Honda center fast charger but could not get it to work. I asked for help at this dealership. LeMark responded with kindness and respect. The fast charger was not working so he lead to a slow charger. I'm hoping to get it charged enough to drive to a fast station. This location is so very lucky to have LeMark here. He looked past what car I drive and saw me as a human needing help. I really appreciate him. Thank you,

I got a new battery at the end of February that I purchased from this Honda Dealership. In March all my warning light came on I called the dealership to take my car in to be looked at. I was told no because it was 4pm and they don't take anyone at that time. I took my car to auto zone to for a diagnostic to see what is the issue. Unfortunately the warning signs on my dash no longer appear.On my way to work yesterday the warning signs start up again on my car. I take it to auto zone for a diagnostic and I'm told it's the battery and if it's new. I said yes, I was told the system was never reset and to take to dealership and let them know.I took my car today. I arrive at 1pm and I speak to Steve. Who told me I need to drive my car for at least 80-100 miles for it to reset after I told him I had a new battery put in at the end of February so it's already past the 80-100 miles. I told him what auto zone and he said there is no such thing and I need to leave my car there for a week because they have a 'skeleton' crew on a Saturday.I question why would he need me to leave my car for a week for a skeleton crew for on a Saturday. Steven repeated again well they can't help me and for him to see what is wrong with my car it will be $200- I repeated it's the battery that I got from them. He also stated he will need the car minimum half day or all day to run diagnostic. I asked again why can't anyone do it today since it's 1pm and they didn't close until 5pm he stated they don't have anyone there since they run a skeleton crew. He doesn't have anyone to look at my car. Steven didn't want to help me. It was not busy there in fact there was hardly anyone there. It was the worst service ever.This is the second time I've been turned away for service on my car. This dealership lack of customer service is disappointing I've called the manager the first time I was turned away left him a message only to have a call back a week and a half later. My first and last time buying a Honda, especially from this dealer. I reported the issue to the service department and kept getting the runaround. If you ever schedule service with Audra, good luck to you!!! I had to involve the service manager Cody, who has been kind of helpful and kind of not. I asked him not to involve Audra because she doesn't follow up on anything and doesn't do anything to help yet. He still has her follow up with me and I don't hear from her at all. And I will also be reporting this issue to the corporate office, because enough is enough and trying to get a hold of someone is ridiculous.I just want my car fixed and I will take my future business elsewhere. I suggest you do the same.

Came in pretty late in the evening to shop for a car. Tommy Kuper assisted me along with Nathan, the finance manager. They were both so thorough and patient considering how late it was and made sure I left that night with the car I wanted. I drove a rental to get there, and Tommy offered to help me return it the next day. When I called him the next day to take him up on his offer, he did not hesitate to help. Very impressed with his customer service and willingness to go above and beyond!
