Hon Ramen

I am in love with Hon Ramen. I hadn't tried *real* ramen before this place and it really set the bar high for other Ramen places! I have ordered my food for delivery and I have eaten in the restaurant. I have had no complaints with either! The service is fast and friendly when you eat at the restaurant and they do a great job of packaging the food up for travel when you get it delivered. When you do eat in the restaurant, you get a fun experience with KPop music videos playing all around! They do also have a small bar if you eat in person.I recommend trying the Hon Ramen with a soft boiled egg and a Crunchy Shrimp Roll the first time you go!

Downtown ramen shop with delicious food and fast friendly service? Yes please!With a great location and intimate atmosphere this ramen stop is a must for date nights. The gyoza was an amazing combination of crunchy yet soft pocket of deliciousness with a spiced dipping sauce it was hard not to inhale them all at once. Here's my favorite part! The Hon Ramen, their tonkatsu ramen was so delicious, so cozy, so tastefully crafted it was the equivalent of a warm and cozy sweater but for your belly! The chasu pork was literally melt in your mouth goodness! The noodles were soft and slurp-able. There was also such a massive serving of this ramen too! I will be back to inhale these delicious noodles again!

Best ramen spot in Bakersfield!! This is the spicy tonkotsu with extra chashu and extra egg. It's my go too and it's sooo good! I've also tried the spicy tantanmen, spicy miso, and the chicken ramen. They are all equally amazing! Definitely try this place out!The service for dine in is exceptional and ordering to go is so quick and easy! When we dine in it honestly feels like we're not in Bakersfield, the ambience is very relaxed and the restaurant is decorated well.

I have been here quite a few times and I think they have constantly gone better over time. Restaurant gets quite busy especially during the colder months. I usually go for the tonkotsu ramen and I opted for the spicy one this time. I think it had the right amount of spice - nothing too overwhelming but just enough flavor to make it a memorable experience. The chasu was perfectly cooked as always and the broth was delicious. I also ordered some takoyaki and it just never fails. Soft, packed, and the sauce keeps everything together. I have not really tried their rolls but maybe it's good enough reason for another visit. Will be back, for sure!

Love everything about this place!!! My favorite spot to get my apple sake, spicy edamame and lobster rolls. The "pot stickers" with the crispy cheese is delicious! Had the tuna sashimi this time and will definitely be craving it until next time. Service is amazing, every one is so nice and attentive:)

The food is wonderful! The staff is very friendly and attentive. Best ramen in town!Worth the drive downtown.

First time having Ramen , I had the spicy garlic miso ramen , it was delicious. I would gladly order from here again.

Not a whole lot better than some super tasty broth on a chilly evening. Luckily for me the broth was accompanied with meat you could drink! I don't think I've tried to drink meat before. I got the spicy ramen and it wasn't overwhelming with spicy it was more for the flavor and some heat. Plenty of water refills. I tried to figure out how they did the soft boiled egg and when I asked the waitstaff they were holding onto the secret. The egg was kinda sweet and I wish I popped it so the yolk could get into the soup sooner!! It is alot of soup and I left ready for a nap

Service was okay , I ordered my food for take out . I got the bulgogi bowl . My stomach was a bit upset after , and there was a hair in my food . They also charged me extra for a small container of Sriracha. Can't speak on the sushi quality since I did not try any. This is a place I had been having my eye on and is sadly disappointed me.

Good service and ramen is always yummy!! We also ordered the spicy garlic edamame which was also good.
