If they had zero stars, I would choose that. A 1 is too high. Very unprofessional, dirty, rude. I would go elsewhere in the AV. Horrible customer service and buisness.

they are fantastic! the owner is always so helpful, never pushy just helps! we have gone thru them to refurnish our whole house! won't go anywhere else!

Very large selection of furniture on display, staff let us browse alot, didnt preasure us in any way, and when we did find what we liked helped us find a matching set and even gave us a good deal on some clearance items as well that we needed, being new to the area this was exactly what we hoped for. Would recommend you start here because after trying to go to other places this is where we ended our search. All our furniture was delivered on time the next day and came in perfect condition with polite service.

This store was not the best experience for me. I purchased a beautiful sectional that needed to be ordered before they could deliver. It was scheduled to take less than a week, however, it never came. I called twice and the date for delivery was pushed back multiple times. I ended up calling asking for a refund on the phone and was told I could. Two days later, I come in and was told that I could not get a full refund because they ordered the sectional to be delivered already. I ended up only getting 75% of our money back and had to pay the additional charges. The owner of this store (and the only employee I have seen working here) is not the best at customer service. He was very misleading with his return policy and getting very upset with us in the store because we were coming in to return the item. He was placing the blames for the delay on the delivery company and did not want to put any of the blame on himself.

I came in looking for a few things for my apartment. I was at first going to purchase everything in one visit but I chose to purchase my bed first. Good thing I did. I found a bed purchased it and waited till it arrived. I was very clear with what I wanted and the color (light grey) a few days later it arrived. But, when we took it home and unpacked it we notice it was not what we has order the color was a dark grey. I returned to the store the next day and the guy who helped us told us "bring it back for a refund" he didn't offer any solution but a refund. I inquired about another bed and he stated it's sold out. That was it. Again, he didn't offer any assistance or solution. But a refund. Very disappointing! I expected more of this business. A apology would of been great. We were planning on purchasing a table set and couches but after the customer service we received we will take our business somewhere else who appreciates there customers and takes the time to assist them. Word of advice you can have the best product but if your customer service skills are not up to par you won't have any returning customers.

I have been coming here for the past 2 years and they have always been great. Totally understand it's a business and they always try to get you a realistic deal. They don't hover over you and will be quick to answer any questions that you have. If they dont have the item in stock, they have catalogs on a large touch-screen for you to look at. Great customer service...

We got our chair back today and everything works great, the phone charger the Bluetooth. Monoir did an excellent job on the chair, and I was very happy with the service. He picked it up yesterday and brought it back today. Extremely very satisfied. Would recommend home furniture to anybody and everybody.

Loved the service, no pressure at all to buy. Ended up ordering a love seat, chair and ottoman...the cushions are firm, which is what I wanted and everything fits perfectly in my condo
