Black pants
Black pants
The cheese from the game the night before? Still there. It looks like it was just treated from one side.
The thread is far enough into the patch that the edges flair up and have already caught on the fabric of the sleeves when putting them on.
Someone left their give a damn at home and pressed the sleeve straight down the arm, bending the patch in half and fusing it to the fabric.
It's literally a 90* angle sitting on the arm like a bent playing card. Since they used such a high heat on the press, it's permanent.
See the patches stitching? Notice all the loose threads and some that jump halfway across the patch before being randomly stitched back in.

I took in two pants and a shirt. I asked for the pants to be heavy starched. Unfortunately when i received the pants they weren't starched at all. The black pants i have taken a picture of were faded and almost look grey. My husband was going to wear those pants to an event and unfortunately we will have to buy new ones as they aren't black anymore. We had been customers for 10+ years and i will not be returnin

Well, that sucks.Took two Dodgers jerseys to Holiday Cleaners on a Wednesday to ask them to sew some World Series patches on and clean out the jerseys from a nacho drip the day before. I'm told the seamstress will come and pick up the jerseys/patches to sew on over the weekend and bring them back Monday. Sounds good.I get a call on Monday around noon from the guy at the counter saying the jerseys aren't back but I'll get a call when they're in. Sounds good? The following Tuesday, two weeks after I brought them in, I get a call saying they're ready. The next day I come in to pick them up. The guy at the counter thanks me for my patients for the delay. He talks up the seamstress's ability to put on the patches I asked for as she had done some just a few days before. I look at them there and, in my shock, leave without saying anything. Let me show you what I'm talking about in the photos I'm uploading.See the patches stitching? Notice all the loose threads and some that jump halfway across the patch before being randomly stitched back in. This job is shotty, especially when I requested a gold thread to go into the edging of the patch. Indeed the thread is far enough into the patch that the edges flair up and have already caught on the fabric of the sleeves when putting them on. They're also slanted, not even sewen straight on the arm. Just ugly. So just remove them, right?Well, damn if I could. In a lesson on being careful with your words, I asked for the patches to be put on BEFORE being cleaned. Someone working the press left their give a damn at home and press the sleeve straight down the arm, bending the patch in half and fusing it to the fabric. It's literally a 90* angle sitting on the arm like a bent playing card. Since they used such a high heat on the press, there's no way these patches are coming off. And to top it off, the patches aren't even pressed down the center. Like the patches, everything about this has job has been uneven. Circling back to that cleaning job. The cheese from the game the night before? Still there. It looks like it was just treated from one side as it's darker on the inside than it is on the outside. How does that even happen? Lastly, I want to say why I chose this place in the first place. It had been a few years, evident by them not having my number in their system anymore, but I remember this place being run by a nice woman upfront, who did a great job cleaning some of my shirts, charged a damn reasonable rate, and did something no other cleaner in town that I know of do: they didn't put stables in the tags. Well, some things changed. Not only isn't the cleaning being done but there are multiple staples putting on three different tags into the tag on the inside of the jerseys. This is experience has been highly disappointing. I've already taken them to another place that pretty much told me sorry and best of luck on this. Several hundred dollars of clothing delays weeks, only to have the service that was talked up end up ruining our gameday gear. Fans beware, I saw other Dodgers jerseys on that escalator of clothes and I'd hate for them to be yours.

I took my wedding dress here after it had sat for 4 months in the stains. There was dark soda stands on the back from someone spilling on me and I honestly expected the stains to still be very visible. We had an outdoors/barn wedding so of course the underneath and parts dragging the ground was completely filthy! When I got my dress back I was shocked. They did an amazing job and it was more clean than I ever expected it to be!

If I could give them zero stars I would. If you want your clothes damaged, feel free to take your chances with this business. Brenda is probably one of the rudest customer service employees that I have ever had to deal with.
