After reading the other reviews, I am puzzled! We had a delightful experience with the Holder's "Team" at the HomeShow. We threw bean bags, had a fun time conversing with the "Team" and left very happy. As a result, we called them out to reassess our situation - since our former HVAC company (which shall remain nameless) refuses to answer any of my calls - along with the company they represent "Trane" - which is so very sad...especially after having a lengthy good relationship with them always relying on them for our HVAC needs. Guess that's over...? "Trane's" motto is "You can't stop a TRANE" - well, I guess they have!!!Leo and Brandt came out and really inspected the situation and thoroughly examined the attic - going up in to all three crawl spaces. They told us all that needed to be done - and why we were constantly getting "black" dust in the house all over the place. It's been an ongoing big problem for a long time.Both Leo and Brandt were very kind, courteous, and genuine. We are looking forward to doing business with them - as soon as we get their bid! Then, I will update this review, and maybe give them five stars...but, I just do not "put the cart before the horse..." so to speak...And, at least Holder's was willing to "sweat it out" for us...

Holders AC installed a new unit at our house recently and we couldn't be happier. We received great pricing, great service, and a great installation. There is much more involved in the installation process than I imagined but the guys worked really hard to get it done. I appreciated the work to refinish all the areas where they had to enlarge the opening to get the new unit into our attic. They paid a lot of attention to make sure we were happy every step of the way. Each person I met was kind and respectful. Our house has never felt better with our new system! Thank you Holders!!

Well, I've use holders in the past had no problems but this one they dropped the ball had a 3 stage air conditioner unit installed in October which they had to come back out and flip to wires around because they are installed wrong. Not a big deal on that part, the biggest complaint is the closet has been damaged and now it is almost December and I keep calling them. They had a company come out and look at it and that's all happened. I have called several times left messages every once in a while I get a callback I text them they say they'll get a hold of their management team and get a hold of me that still doesn't happen. I love paying almost $22,000 and they collect the funds and runoff and do not fix the mess. Very disappointed.

Just had a new AC installed with Holders and Spencer explained their systems and process very well. All the tech guys were nice, did great work and got us up and running in 1 day! (Justin worked very hard!) I also had a good conversation with the project manager Jason and install manager Robert. All my interactions were positive with quality people! What started out as a stressful situation turned into one that was well handled and left us with our house feeling better than it ever did!! I highly recommend Holders!

Props to Holder's for an excellent service experience today. The technician (Milton) showed up on time and did a very professional and thorough analysis of our AC unit and determined why it was leaking water. He was very patient and detailed in his explanation of what he did and why. The invoice provided also included a detailed breakdown of the service Milton provided. No stars from me! Holders came out to service my new AC unit and told me that several things were bad on the unit. I got a 2nd opinion turns out holders tech didn't know what he was talking about. They should really make sure their techs are knowledgeable before they hire. I saved $2600 going elsewhere. I'd rather be hot than give Holders shot! In order to post this I had to give one star. :(
