Sometimes you are in need of a nut, bolt or a screw. And may it be for a deer guard on the front of your Dodge Dually pickup or the tail light for your 1966 VW Beetle, it can be a daunting task. Everything is always a different size a thread and now that I'm a little schooled in this area there are some that are metric. Well we went all over town to all the big box stores, stores with names that would make you think it would specialize in this type of hardware. And nooooo. No one had anything we needed, not one single screw!!Until we went into an auto-parts store and they recommended this place. Let me begin with service!!! These guys have it down, friendly, knowledgable and so helpful. We liked it because the public cannot help themselves to rummaging through the inventory mixing up everything. But they did have what my husband needed and led me to where I could get my specialty screws for my VW. Knew that was going to be a hard find. These guys have it going on. Well organized, good service and probably what you need.

A great place with a helpful staff when you need something specific. I went 3 places (made the mistake of starting at the big box stores wasting my time) before someone told me about this gem. They have everything threaded!

I needed a specific size and thread bolt, two actually. The night before I searched the yellowpages and found this store closest to my house, their website listed their opening hours of 7am. Got to the store around 7:10, went in and was immediatly greeted by a person down and aisle and a gentleman came to ask how he could help me. I showed him the bolt I needed, he quickly rushed up stairs and retrieved it. He said the bolts are $1.07 plus tax. He advised he would have to go and get the cash drawer for his register. When he returned he said they didn't have the cash drawer ready so he said the price today was $.00. Now I appreciate the offer, but I threw down a couple of bucks and was on my way. I did make note of the large writing on the wall that said customer service was their priority and let me tell you they mean it. So, if you ever need a bolt, nut, or many other related items (according to their website) this is the place to go.

Great place.If you need a bolt more than likely they will have it.

I called to ask about a specific bolt, was told they are not open to the public, that I would have to make an account, tried to create an account with my tax ID number and was told they are not accepting new accounts and was hung up on... worst customer service ever.. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
