I have been training with Kim F. for three months. Every workout is different and challenging. As an overweight person its easy for trainers to underestimate my abilities. Kim is ALWAYS pushing me beyond what I think I can do.One of one training gives me the help I need to lose weight. The gym is always clean. I have also worked with Sheena and Stacey and both are excellent. I never liked working out, and although its still not my favorite, Kim has helped me in more ways than she will ever know.

I have been going to High Desert Fitness' Boot Camp for a few months now and it has been a great experience. The class is in the morning when it is nice and cool and the workouts are different for every class. Tom Temple, the instructor is very professional, knows what he is doing, and always has great attitude which helps to get the class off to a good start for the day. I highly suggest joining this Boot Camp for a great work out!!Thanks Tom!!!

I started training with Shenna at HDF last month and its the best desion i ever made. I have try many different diets, gym memberships, PX90, and even different exercise classes with no results. I finally decided to make the personal commitment to myself and health by getting a personal trainer. Sheena is very positive and makes me laugh when she is making me sweat. I really enjoy having the one on one time and not having to worry about what i need to get accomplished during my workout. Sheena plans everything for me, also gives me knowledge on food, and guides me to a healthier life style for my future. Plus every four weeks we do my measurements to see what i need to work on and what positives i have made. I also enjoy the positive quotes that are posted on the wall to give encouragement. The center is clean, fully equipped with exercise equipment and a staff that puts you first:)

Love love love HDF!!!! The intimate classes make the more instructors available to help with form and even helping me reach a little further. I only wish I would've joined sooner! I look forward to going to class, the instructors are always encouraging (members too), they give modification options, and help with my form. I have learned so much! I have gained balance, muscle and flexibility. All of which have been my goals. I definitely want to keep going, the classes are fun, I feel like I can accomplish them and I am seeing results!!! This club is not just for the fit, but for those that aren't fit but want to, got those that just want to keep moving. Love HDF!!!! You can't go wrong joining this gym

I have been coming to boot camp at 5 am for 4 months now. I love that the workout is first thing in the morning. It gives me extra energy throughout the day and increases my metabolism. I have lost 8 pounds since starting. The exercises are always challenging (and can be tailored to be more challenging) and different. I love that we can give our opinion to tailor the class the way I want it.

I have been training at High Desert Fitness for four years and it has been the best decision I've ever made. I was never one to exercise, ever. As I approached my 59th birthday I decided I needed to get in shape once and for all. I met with Sheena and immediately felt like I could do this. I have worked with several trainers over the four years and they all have been great. I have been challenged to do things that I never would have done on my own. I have completed the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer (39.3 miles in two days), and a half marathon. After an accident and knee surgery I opted to forgo physical therapy and worked out with Sheena instead. She worked with me to build my range of motion and strength in my knee while still working the rest of my body. She kept me positive through my recovery and continued to push my limits. I am happy to report I have full mobility and I am stronger than ever. I consider High Desert Fitness and all the trainers my family.
