Higgins Auto Parts

I purchased parts for two of my vehicles over the phone. One, a wheel for a 2014 Ford Focus, I paid for online and picked up in person the next day. (Some parts require a core and this is one of them, I brought mine with me to avoid the core charge.) The other, a trim piece for a 2016 Honda Pilot, I had shipped to my home. I paid for it on Thursday afternoon and received it Friday. Great service, great prices. (Now if I could just figure out what I can stick the 5.0 Coyote motor for sale in their lobby in to justify going down and buying it, lol)

AVOID THESE CROOKS! They posted an engine that I purchased for $1500 on ebay. They said they didn't have the engine using a silly "the engine is not viable" excuse. Instead of immediately canceling the order they held onto my money offering an engine with 133,000 more miles for the same price. I declined their offer but they held onto my money anyway. I had to call the online marketplace to get my funds halted to stop this shady business from further unscrupulous dealings.

This scummy organization send an unsolicited spam text to my phone asking if I wanted to advertise their business on my car.I've never heard of them before and don't even live in California.I recommend not doing business with a company that would stoop to such underhanded tactics to advertise.

I purchased an item from Higgins on ebay. The item was not as described. I shipped it back. When they got it back they lied about the condition of the item and claimed I damaged it by using a photo of a different item.Do not give these deceitful people any of your business. Shop somewhere else.

Higgins has always been good to me anytime I needed anything, most recently I needed some parts for a Ford Fusion and they got right on it!I also had a 16 F150 they got the parts for after I got in an accident. Very responsive, reasonable and easy to deal with.

What wonderful people I dealt with today Juan and Garrett helped me out tremendously help me to my car making sure I had the correct things I needed. I highly suggest Coming here if you need any parts for your car great business And great service

EXCELLENT experience from beginning to end with Higgins Auto Parts!! First contacted Tony who was awesome in helping me to surprise my son with this purchase. He was pleasant to speak with and very knowledgeable. Second contact was with Juan the General Mgr. who was SO very kind and helpful to me as I was worried about pick up. He went ABOVE & BEYOND my expectations in helping me with delivery instead. It took SO much stress off me and I am beyond GRATEFUL! THANK you SO much for such an easy & wonderful experience guys! :) Will be back for sure for future purchases.

I wish there were more stars to add to these 5 stars on my review on Higgins Auto in Bakersfield California. Very unfortunate a deer hit my car and ripped off the front door car mirror. My dealership was going to charge such high prices to replace it that included labor. A local mechanic of mine suggested to search for the part, and I found it online at Higgins Auto in Bakersfield California. I exchanged a live chat and emails with Mary Higgins, to order the part I needed, she sent me an invoice that included shipping and easy link to pay it online to them. Within minutes after I ordered it, I received an email from Mary Higgins, with confirmation receipt and shipping information. Richard was awesome! Made some special arrangements for me and was extremely patient. Not to mention the awesome and welcoming office with cool vintage auto signs. By far the cleanest most well kept auto dismantling facility I've ever seen.Highly recommend!
