Heir Force Academy Preschool

The facilities are clean and well cared for. The teachers are so sweet and always giving me updates on how my son is doing. I'm so grateful they help with potty training my 3 year old as no other facility (not an in-home) in town would take him if he wasn't potty trained by 2. Healthy meals & lesson plans to prepare them for school. I'm grateful for the price, too. Super reasonable for everything they offer. My son always says he has a great day here

I had a horrible experience with staff there. They are supposed to be a Christian preschool, but their actions speak otherwise. I would never send any of my other children here. Beware, and choose carefully.

Really wanted to love this school. First off, The teachers were great, the staff was friendly. What I didn't like was the fact that on numerous occasions I witnessed the lady that usually just helps, yell at the children while covering for a teacher who wasn't there. The yelling wasn't just a firm voice, it was yelling at them, demanding them to do certain things. She came off as being very impatient with the children. It broke my heart witnessing that. Another thing is, I noticed a few times the food that was given to the children looked like prison food and sometimes the fruit was brown, luckily I usually picked my kid up at lunch time. The cameras that are suppose to be accessed by the parents, it never worked. They said they would have a tech contact us to fix the issue, never happened. Plus, anytime I asked about the cameras they told me the cameras are down. I use to recommend this preschool to friends but after my experience, I wouldn't recommend this place.

I don't understand why there are no reviews of this place? My daughter (now almost nine) went to this preschool from the age of 2-5 and she loved it! The teachers and the principal Jenny were amazing to my daughter! They have employment discounts also, all you need to do is ask. They have cameras that you can have access to, to check on your precious throughout the day. They have a sweet emotional graduation ceremony for the little ones and you could see how proud they were with their little caps and gown. I now have a baby boy and will definitely consider bringing him here when he is two and when I am ready to go back to work. I know how hard it is to find a place where you feel comfortable leaving your precious kids, but I sure felt safe leaving my sweet there. Your kids will be in good hands. I hope this review helps some of you in your search. Thanks to this place my daughter is excelling in her classes, she is doing so great she is testing above her grade level! I called to set up an appointment and the assistant director answers the phone very very dry personality, but still I give it a try and showed up to my appointment. When I got there my first thoughts is how are you around kids all day. It's not a dry personality (which I can deal with dry) it's just plane RUDE!!!! I felt as if me coming to check the facility out was a a problem... The sad part is everyone I know has such positive things to say about the teachers. I wouldn't take my goldfish there. She going to make them miss out on potential families taking there kids. They should reconsider who they have working there around kids!!!!!!

CAUTION I would not recommend this facility. I took my child there for 3 days and decided that this was not the place for her. Shelby the pastors wife was so sweet and so nice, she took us on the tour and I really liked her. I soon realized she wouldn't be the one coming in contact with my child. The director Miss Leanne was very dry and seemed to be miserable in her position there. The first day I dropped my child off I over heard Miss Yasinya telling a child they needed to eat at home and they shouldn't be hungry this early, I felt that was a conversation to be had with the parent not a preschool aged child. I thought maybe she's having a rough day I asked how I would be able to gain access to the cameras in the classroom because it was a big deal leaving my child there for the first time she told me to call after 9:00am and ask miss Leanne so I did and she told me she couldn't give it to me over the phone, I was bummed but I understood just wish the communication between the director and the teachers was better. When I picked my child up I asked her teacher miss Crystal how she did and she responded with "fine, she slept and ate." She seemed to be overwhelmed with the children she had. None of this put my mind at ease. The second day at drop off another child was crying and hitting her head on the floor I thought she would have been picked up or at least comforted, but they just turned a show on for her. My child came home very thirsty I'm not sure water was offered as often as needed for these hot summer days. After the 3 days I had enough and called and told miss Leanne this would be my child's last day and she said that she could issue me a refund but it wouldn't be until Monday, this was Thursday. I said no problem I can wait until then. A week later I called to check on it and I was told I wouldn't get a refund because my written 10 day notice wasn't given. I have since found a school that comforts and loves my child as I would and I would never recommend this school to anyone I know.

My son went here for just a few months but it was a total disaster. All of the teachers were nice but the assistant director was moody and rude all the time. She called me to complain about the smallest little things my son did. The teachers meant well but they didn't seem to know how to handle the kids. They were always short staffed and I never knew who had my son that day. I could never get a hold of them when I needed to. It was just not a good experience. Beware.

This place is amazing. My daughter loves going everyday. Staff are great.

Both my children are currently attending Heir Force Academy, we LOVE it!! They contribute to potty training witch was a huge help. Staff is awesome :)

My child came home thirsty beyond belief. I don't think they were giving enough fluids to him. Found a better school.
