So our corporate office out of state had flowers sent to one of our employees who has went thew a terrible tragedy, the loss of her beloved mother. Flowers were delivered, (not what was chosen) flower arrangements had a baby carriage ornament on it. (flowers were offer of condolences for the loss of her mother). Florist was contacted and informed that what they delivered was NOT what was ordered and payed for. 2 days later, the delivery driver showed up here at the office and asked for said-employee, then asked for her flower arrangement back, and left,.. did not bring new correct arrangement or anything. multiple phone calls have been made to the owner of the company, and she was very rude, then owner places call on hold and never gets back on line. Our call was on hold for over 20 minutes before, call was finally ended. Have been trying to call them and now no one will answer the phone. This company and they way they do business is very wrong and very inconsiderate,... Needless to say our business has been taken else where.

I cannot even rate this flower shop ! I called from out of town and explained to them that my niece was in the hospital and if they delivered balloons and explained that I would like a bouquet of very uplifting balloons with bright colors . My sister sent me a picture of them . I could of done a better job at the 99 cent store !! 39.99 plus tax a total of 55.00 !! My Heart sunk to see what an aweful job they had for that amount of money !!!! There was nothing uplifting about it ! It was shear disappointment " TWO THUMBS DOWN " don't buy from there all my Bakersfield friends !!!

I will never go to this shop again, I ordered and paid for a wristlet and a boutonnière a week ago for my daughters prom. They said "we close at 1, so be here before." We show up at 12:00, day of prom to pick up as agreed, and the boutonnière is not ready. The lady said she has to go out for more flowers. I told her we had appts to go to and couldn't come back. She then said she'll make one, with other flowers...that were more "expensive." Needless to say, it looked awful!! My daughter was devastated. I paid almost $60 & didn't get what we paid for. Thank God for LOG CABIN FLORIST, who sympathized with us and made EXACTLY what we wanted, & gave us a discount! I will NEVER EVER go here again!

Why bother!!! My co worker ordered flowers for his anniversary last week to be delivered Thursday, July 7, the flowers were finally delivered today, Monday, July 11. Wow!!!Plus, my co-worker paid $25 for a "large" box of chocolates, but got Girardelli chocolates in a bag that would cost less than $7 at a local store. Really!!This is a buyer beware sort of business......

Flowers I needed were very hard to find or get due to seasonal. When reached Heavens Scent Floral shop, I explained (vented) to them my frustrations and what I was trying to do and without hesitation they were able to offer me exactly what I was looking for. Very helpful, courteous, professional, excellent service and price, highly recommend! Will use this florist for future arrangements.

I went in there today browsing to kill time and the workers were in the back chatting amongst themselves not paying attention. No one said hi to me or even acknowledged my presence, no one offered assistance. I could have stolen something and no one would have ever known.
