I came by here the other night to get some dinner with friends! This was my first time coming here and my first time ever eating Hawaiian BBQ. I got the bbq mix combo and some spam musubi! The bbq mix was delicious, I think my favorite part about it was the beef it came with, so so good. The macaroni salad and rice were good as well! The spam musubi was fire! The teriyaki sauce and katsu sauce added a nice touch to everything. The service was pretty quick and a nice little spot to stop for a quick bite! I will definitely come here again!

I wanted to give this place a try for the 2nd time. But the 1st and the 2nd time was the same quality. As you can see in the photo the spare ribs was sitting for a while maybe even for a day. Not fresh and it saddens me because this would be really good if they just take the time to make when you order VS cooking first thing in the morning and reheating food up. Let's do better

These are my favorite foods to get here and it never fails! Too yummy, they have new workers and their service was great. The place looks well kept and have all the sauces closer to front which is convenient. Always come here when I'm craving some Katsu!

The food is always good. Service is pretty quick. The area isn't the greatest (it's the AV, can't expect much). We've tried a few different places for Hawaiian bbq out here and keep coming back to this one. Good luck with parking. It's in a small shopping center next to Costco. So maybe park by Costco and walk. Other than that, no complaints.

If this is the spot in front of Costco this is definitely the worst food poisoning I've ever had if I could post this with 0 stars I would. I absolutely love HBBQ, I came in early on a Thursday afternoon. I'm a manger at a restaurant and I typically know when I see certain things I make a conscious choice to not eat there. For some wild reason I decided to give it a shot anyway, despite the Letter B they received from the health department. There was not a single corner in that place that I could say was actually clean. Workers even looked like they didn't follow proper hand washing procedures etc. From the vents to the walls and floors this place was filthy. I saw many violations, but still ate here bc my husband and son were starving, and I didn't want pizza that day. After eating there and using the restroom I saw roaches around the toilet. That's when I knew I'd be paying for this the next day. My son is 3, and this was the first time he got food poisoning throwing up every hour crying that his tummy hurt. Hours later the same happened with me, throwing up every hour and my body aching trying to get this food out. I thought maybe we caught a bug, it wasn't until a family friend told us the same exact thing happened to her and her family months before. DONT EAT THE RIBS, my husband didn't eat the ribs and was fine. I don't mean harm by this review. I hope the owner's can read this and take action on the habits of their crew and up their standards. You're feeding families and kids. You should take some pride in what you do or don't do it, you can kill someone. I've had poisoning before but NOTHING like this experience
