give me my amazon refund. complete scammers ! i have screenshots of everything. these people really just took my money and never sent what i ordered!!! ive been trying to contact the manager for the past week ans still no answer. ive called amazon and they said you guys have my order #.

I like the selection of cigars here. There is a closed off room for the nice ones. I don't typically like to get any of the really pricey ones, but I appreciate a good collection. They have all kinds of stuff at this place, like purses, cute cigarette cases, huge bongs, the typical smoke shop stuff.

Went into this location not too long ago. They have friendly, acknowledgable and helpful staff along with a great variety of supplies. If you happen to be nearby, I'd personally suggest stopping by.

Big selection of Cigars, though they still didn't have what I was looking for. They also have a big selection of HOOKAHS, but they seem to be a bit expensive.

Huge selection of cigars and other smoke accessories. Priced really high on accessories for their :"herbal" clientele. They wanted $40 for the exact same grinder I purchased from a collective for $8.

Bought an electric hydrometer, didn't come with everything , went back 20min later and they would not exchange it . Bad Customer Service

This is a great cigar shop that has everything you need. Very nice humidor. They also have everything else you need for other types of smoking. Very cute girl behind the counter let me inside the humidor and then she actually knew something about cigars. Very impressed. Next time I'm in Bakersfield I will be back to that shop!!! Good prices as well.

Lewis at Havana House has the Best customer service. The guy wasn't even on the clock but he stepped up to the cashier on his lunch break to help check me out so I could get out of the store because I was in a hurry. I let the owner know if my experience and he gave me a small discount get to see you. These guys are easy to talk to you and easy to work with and will give you honest opinions of different items you might be interested in.
