I found Ha's Apple Farm in Mt. San Antonio College's Farmer's Market on Saturday. I love their "Freeze Dried Apples". They are tasty with a different texture. I need to pick up a few more bags for the week. The person introduced my friend and I the products they currently have.

I attended a farmers market in Cerritos, and Ha's had a booth here. I tried a sample of the Fuji apple and the purple pear. I ended up buying lots of both! They are fantastic! The pear was so flavorful, and the apple was crisp with a punch of wonderful taste. These are way better than anything you'd buy at a chain grocery store. Service was also great and friendly. You pay a bit more for these, but trust me when I say you get what you pay for. Top notch.

I visited the farmers market outside southwest church today in La Quinta, CA for the first time and this booth was my first stop. I noticed the gentleman with a big smile asking if we'd like to try fruit roll up. I was not disappointed I purchased the fruit roll w peach 10/10 and the dried apples are amazing.

Ha's apples are the best, freshest apples ever. Something magical about buying from the actual grower. They grow in Kern County, Tahatchapi. They are fresh from the orchard. They taste so good. A world away from store bought apples. My favorite is sliced apples with almond butter, my go to healthy snack. Apples grown with care, love and passion just seem to taste better! They are friendly and full of great advise. They helped me pick the perfect apples for my pie. So many apple types to select from!! The advise was spot on and the pie turned out great. Great apples and great people. Go!!

Each week we get Mr. Ha's apples in our sip snack order (a great weekly produce box if you're near highland park!) and a $5 bag from the Pasadena's farmers market from our neighbor- the Fuji apples are so crunchy and sweet! Last week I added some eggs to my order and they did not disappoint- small but fluffy and delicious!

Best apples and pears I've found in LA! Ha's Candy Crispy and Mutsu apples have become my absolute favorite, but I also enjoy the Sundown, which is much more tart. All juicy and super crisp. When in season, the O'Henry peaches and Comice pears are phenomenal. His eggs are great, too! I look forward to coming twice a week at the Silver Lake farmer's market. Highly recommended.

Well it's fall y'all which means it's apple harvest season in Tehachapi, California. The city of Tehachapi is a small mountain community that produces some of the most delicious apples I have ever tasted. Hubby and I like the Ha's farm fruit stand the best. It is a family run operation. They sell pears, pomegranates, onions and other select veggies but our all time favorite is their dehydrated apple slices. They are a real treat and a bit addictive so make sure you buy a big bag. For those of you health nuts, check out the ingredients, APPLES, that's it, nothing else but beautiful apples. So start a tradition and pick up a half bushes (20 pounds) of farm raised apples. My favorites are Fuji and honey crisp. They are so juicy and sweet and they are great for baking too. Thanks Ha's family for doing what you do.

The Dried Jujube is really good. For starters each date is huge. I've been used to the tiny mass produced ones. These are about 10 times larger then the ones i buy in the supermarket. And they are a bright red and full of of life. Definitely will get them again.
