I've tried everything to try to get to sleep and the combination of supplements (Thyro You, Calm You, & Happy You) + Sleepy you at night has totally calmed my nerves during the day and OMG, I can sleep. I alternate between the Theta Pod & Detox Pod for a mood elevator & increased energy. I learned a lot about my physical & mental health with the AO scan; it gave me a game plan to feel better & be my best self! I am currently taking the Calm You supplement which I love! I'm excited to try their new skin care offerings as well!

I have been a client here for over 3 years. Its life changing. Anna has created such a peaceful healing environment where you can feel safe going. This was my first experience at the spa. I was going for red light therapy. I explained that I was claustrophobic and so we opened the bed to leave it partially open during the treatment. I was not told about wearing goggles although there was a pair hanging in the room. Also they did not explain what to expect when the 25 minutes was complete. No one came in to check on me at anytime during the session nor when it was over. I actually could not get the bed to open so had to crawl out through the maybe 1 foot opening without falling to the floor. I had some specific questions about some of the other services and what specifically could be achieved. The answers were all very high level and no understanding of, for instance, what the detox machine actually is detoxing.So I felt that there was as a total lack of customer care and the focus was more on sales of services.

I tried the cold plunge today for the first time! It was surprisingly pleasant. I've actually been going to HWY for two years now. There is not one service I would not recommend. However, the sauna and cryotherapy have become one of my recent favorites. My overall wellness has improved significantly over the last two years. AND the staff is always great and always makes me feel so comfortable and relaxed.

I had severe pain from getting an epidural shot for my herniated disc, walking was unbearable even to the bathroom and my couch so I decided to give the cryotherapy a try along with Beamer (I think that's the name) both helped significantly I have more mobility today (the next day) I am able to walk a little bit more with a little less pain. I highly recommend both if you're struggling with serious pain and need some relief.

Great way to start your day! Got the opportunity to try the detox pod. It was super relaxing overall & made me feel great afterwards! I was assisted by Hannah she was very informative and kindhearted. She made my first experience pleasant. 10/10
