Obgyn Dr. Yu, bed side manner friendly and knowledgeable. Office experience:Front desk receptionist were nice & so were the back office nurses, when I asked questions they kindly answer all of them. It took me a while to book at this location since they are booking out in advance, I'm glad I kept my appointment despite seeing someone else. Very hopeful for my future appointments as Dr.yun seems to say the right things to make me feel comfortable & confident in my pregnancy due to my history in the past with my two previous children. I look forward seeing more of him as my obgyn. I didn't felt ignored or forgotten, everything at my initial appointment was done from urine collection then straight to ultrasound room, I even got a ultrasound picture of the baby which made my day. I liked that Dr.yu wil be referring me to a specialist and is going to follow up closely with my pregnancy.Do I recommend: 5/5 yes I doCare quality: professional care

I had a horrible experience. Never got a call back and when I called and called and finally got a live person (Claudia) she was rude. She needs some training on her bedside manners. I'll never go back there again because of her.

My doctor is Dr. Yu, I have had an amazing experience at the office. This was my OBGYN originally so I have been to this office for a couple of years now. Once I transitioned into being taken care of as a first time pregnant mommy they have made my experience amazing. All the staff is super nice ! I don't see Dr. Yu too much unless it's a milestone appointment or I have any serious concerns about baby and I. His nurse practitioner is amazing and I have been treated by her mainly before my pregnancy as a patient. She is so sweet and I love them as a team together! Me and my mother have gone to this office for years and I will always recommend it to anyone I know. I can't speak for the second doctor in the office but I know my doctor and practitioner are amazing! I can't thank this office enough for making my pregnancy a breeze & always working with me!

Very unhappy with their service. Minimum wait time for each visit is 50minutes. We had a question and I called 3 times during a week and never got a call back or answer to our question. This office is all about money and don't care for the patient.

I don't care about COVID or not, this clinic is the most unorganized, sad excuse of a ship being run I have seen in my life. I am not one of Dr. Accetta patients, but my soon to be mother of my child is and she comes home teary-eyed after every appointment. First off she arrives on time every single time, but they won't see her for almost 3 hours after the original appointment time. Unacceptable. Secondly, Dr. Accetta goes over nothing with her, he sees her for maybe 2-5 minutes tops and does not answer any questions of hers whatsoever or even give her any breathing room to speak.Thirdly, he enjoys talking about himself, to himself every single visit and always makes some creepy inappropriate comments.Furthermore, this guy who did not originally check if my girlfriend was dilating, without knocking opened up the door and waltzed in, sat down and without warning jammed and I mean jammed his fingers inside her, all fo this was done without a mask on of course and of course when she brought up problems with her hand being numb and her feet being excessively swollen he brushed it off and told her since her blood pressure was fine, she was fine and that he could prescribe her medicine, but he wasn't going to. Eunice the Nurse Practitioner, you are the only saving grace of this sad excuse of a clinic, you have made the two appointments you had with my girlfriend a breeze, had her in and out in 30 minutes, I applaud you and wish you were her primary OB/GYN and not this creepy old man.So if any of you don't value your time, and enjoy being violated without verbal consent and aren't scared or have questions regarding your pregnancy, then Dr. August Accetta is the right choice for you!

Interesting that during covid times this office post sign on entrance door that face masks are required and so far I've seen several workers in reception area and not one is wearing a face mask.....why patients only but not office personnel?? Also not much privacy when checking out when medical professional informing front desk about personal business that took place in exam room as the entire lobby people can hear every word. So much for HIPPA!

When I called for an appointment the girl on the other end was very rude and didn't take the time to understand my needs. I work as a receptionist as well and the way she handled the calls was unprofessional. She told me the only way to know if I would owe anything is if I called my insurance company, rather than looking it up with the info given since my mother was a patient there. If you're open to advice if you're negative to your patients on the phone they will not give you business.

Refused to treat me as a patient after months of treatment because I asked where my "out of pocket" payment was going, e.g. was it a copayment. When I showed up for my appointment, the front desk manager said the practice would no longer be treating me because I asked the question more than once! Wow. When I picked my jaw up from the ground and asked her was she serious, she repeated that was their position. I am more than appalled by this practice and in the process of filing a formal complaint with the medical board. If I were white and asked a question more than once about my payments, I wonder would the response had been different?

Front desk is extremely rude. I asked for the name of the front desk receptionist and she would not provide it saying it was not the patient's right to know someone's name. I called back several times she was ignoring my calls and I still had additional questions and without proper answers this was negligence. Front desk would ignore all my calls or hang up on me without letting me speak. I asked where I could formally put in a complaint and they actually said I am not allowed to file a complaint. This has to be illegal and with my due date around the corner, I am seeing red flags everywhere and uncomfortable with trusting this establishment to keep my safety and of my child.
