Excellent, high quality ice cream! We first tried them years ago in Rancho Cucamonga with our granddaughter. That location is much larger and has tables to dine indoors as well as tables with umbrellas outside. I'd love to see this one expand so you don't have to line up outside, especially on a hot day.. but the line did move quickly! Service is pretty friendly and efficient. Had to take our yummy treat and eat in the car. We saw others sitting on the curbs. But I won't complain too much because I'm so glad to have them here in town! If you haven't been to Handel's yet, do yourself a favor and run (don't walk). It is SOOO good!

The white tall male that had a black shirt that helped us today was extremely rude constantly cutting us off while we're trying to order they need to fix that asap or they'll run out of business

Great ice cream. The line wasn't long and we were helped quite fast and served pretty fast also. Root beer float was bomb!

yeah, I've been to handles so many times and this is gonna be my last time going because their butter pecan never has pecans in it. I get a pint of ice cream and I have three pecans in the whole ice cream. It's not butter pecan it's butter ice cream

It is a Tueasday night and they have a long line around their building, it would make sense to order online for the convenience but you have staff here who are not loud enough and have customers waiting bc they don't know if their order is ready. Aside from that the workers inside are just so slow. The ginger dude specifically, they need their name tags.

This icecream shop is hands down the best icecream I have ever had! Not only is the icecream amazing but the service is stellar. The workers are kind, friendly and beyond knowledgeable. They gave me so many options after I told them what I usually enjoy. This company does so much for the community such as fundraising, donations etc. This store is really bringing the AV people together and creating a space that is family friendly! The combination of delicious ice cream, great customer service, and community involvement really sets it apart. Thank you Handels!
