I had my beautiful wedding here and I enjoyed every bit of it Elli did an amazing job I had so much fun and the place was more than I expected even the house we stayed 4 nights to enjoy the house our party was for over 200 guest

Where do i begin, my cousin had his wedding here. At first ur excited things will go well. The pool table is fake, fuseball table fake, piano is broken, n my favorite the AC does not work. No reimbursements of any kind. As far as the recepcion, they provide the bartenders, that would not serve us any drinks, they were seen pouring water instead of liquor since like 10 PM. The guy was rude n problematic, if he hates bartending then find another job. The musicians that were family friends as well, were rejected drinks food and even water. These guys shouldnt be in control of how we drink the water bottles, idk if it is an ego thing but it is not his party.I also had a straw hat with a built in fan that was left outside by the pool, given we were staying there so i had nothing to worry about. The next day i see the owner of the venue wearing it like its hers. If they are choosing the bartenders, they need to pick some that can do their job. Instead of trying to control someones wedding. If i could, 0 stars

You know people some times gets a venue just to lock a venue without any services attach and I understand some us have family members that want to do the food, others the bar, others even the decorations which is fine to take in consideration but sometimes the turnaround of allowing relatives to this special things on your events don't come out as plan Hacienda El Oasis offers all the arrangements that an event needs at an affordable price and that's what I love on my point of view; I want my family and friends to just show up and enjoy my special moment not thinking of any stress or worries of anything not being in place because of somebody not being able to do what they have promises to do. I want good memories not bad times to remember I recommend it sincerely Edgar

had a blast with my family. food was amazing, and everything was set up perfectly. however when we went back to this place, bc we had forgotten our gifts, they were gone. pretty sure they were stolen from the servers. everyone left at the same time so we know our gifts were stolen. so I suggest making sure you have everything before you leave!! place was good tho.
