they don't have a huge selection, but I always find good deals in there. He will order whatever you need at a fair price. the other stores mark up more every time I compare.

As far as I know, this is pretty much the only show in town. Open everyday, unlike most Ridgecrest establishments. Big 5 doesn't count, if I can't buy a 1911 or an AR-15 from a premium manufacturer, you're not a real gun store to me. You're a shoestore with bullets.2 spaces for parking, otherwise it's street parking or across the road in the strip mall.Usually some elderly gentlemen sitting around talking about gentlemanly affairs. I feel like a baby walking in there. Their website is a bit sore on the eyes, but it's quaint in an early 1990's browsing on AOL sort of way.You can purchase a membership here to use the range a few miles outside of town on the west side of the 395. Renewal is in March I believe, but that is just a 2012 thing?Lots of used guns for sale. You can even touch them, and pick them up, if you know what you're doing. They're just on racks in the middle of the store. New gun and ammo selection can't match any of the stores in LA, San Diego, or the Inland Empire, but you pay for the convenience of having it here I think. I'm the type of guy who will go out of town, out of state, or online for my gucci tacti-cool gear, but for those who are too mature to shop (or are gittin' lost) on the internets this is the place. There is a back room with some interesting old stuff in it. I treat this place kind of like a museum, and I will buy a little something at the gift shop on the way out, a little gift I can pop off in the middle of the desert at a berm. Pew pew pew!

Let me preface this by saying I know NOTHING about guns and was pretty intimidated by just starting the process of learning. Let me also add that I was starting the learning process because my girlfriend's family is chock full of gun enthusiasts. The staff, specifically Tom, helped me in some very important areas I may have over looked. First and foremost, I got a detailed safety lesson both on guns and ammunition. Since my girlfriend's family was planning on going shooting later that day I needed to learn how to shoot. They showed me a safe and proper technique. I may have looked like a total rookie that afternoon but thanks to the friendly staff at Guns 4 Us I was safe and even managed to hit enough targets to not be laughed at by her entire family. I may not go shooting again until the next time we visit her family but you can bet I will keep Guns 4 Us in mind for all my future endeavors.

They mounted and zeroed my scope to 100 yards for a reasonable fee. Keith provided great service. They also have a range membership for $25 for single and $50 for family. The selection of guns and ammo seems small for such a large business, but maybe they are restocking. I appreciate their support of our 2nd amendment rights and would do business with again in the future.

Went in wanting to buy a hand gun..... with money in my pocket and wasnt even approached for more then 10 minutes. Once I finally asked to see a 1911 the old man behind the counter sighed and made it seem like it was cutting into his precious time and it was out of his way to come help me. Needless to say, I did not buy a gun that day.Ive been in this establishment multiple times, just to make sure that one time wasn't just an isolated event... I was wrong every time! This place is horrible. The customer service is horrible. Most of the guns have some sort of corrosion on them (use gun oil... you sell it), I mean I understand most of the firearms are old or used but dam! I had asked them to order some .32 Win Special ammunition, they said they would call me when it was in. That was a year ago and a couple visits in between. I can not stress enough, that this is a Foul establishment run by the worst people. There are other gun shops in Ridgecrest and all of them a million times better! Dont waste your time here. Just google or yelp gun shop for ridgecrest and it should give you some other, better options.

These people called me and asked if I would like them to open the store on a Sunday to pick up my firearm before the new 11% state sales tax on forearms and ammo going into effect. If I waited until Monday it would add the tax of 11% onto the price. Of course, I went down and picked it up before the tax Date. Tom went down and opened the shop for me and another gentleman that had the same problem. They didn't have to call us or anything at all. but they went out of their way to open the shop and let us pick up the firearms before the tax date it also saved us a lot of money. Most people wouldn't have bothered so thank to Tom and Shannon, it means a lot to me, and I thank you. Mike Campbell way above normal service

Tom was great and orderly in taking care of my handgun transaction, and had the cheapest registration and background check in town. I've dealt with him in the past (all 3 locations) and never have been disappointed in all my dealings with him.

Working with Tom from Guns 4 US is always a pleasure working hand and hand with him. I'm a new gunsmithing shop located in Ridgecrest and Tom sends the customers my way when he can send them to a more seasoned gunsmith. Tom is keeping the spirit alive by supporting the small town businesses. Thank you for the support. Also, His prices are reasonable and willing to work with the customers.

I was not too impressed with what was available. If you are looking for something specific it's not going to be there.
