Spotted Guayameo Bakery awhile back. My timing was always wrong because they would always be closed whenever I was in the area. Finally got to stop in recently really early in the morning. The shop was pretty busy 5:30am that day. Few folks ahead of me purchasing their treats. I was craving empanadas that I usually get at Hispanic bakeries. Unfortunately, they did not make any that day. Settled for a slice of cheesecake. It tasted good, but did not satisfy my craving.I'm sure that I will return someday. Bakery is not fancy, but the prices are reasonable and service is good.

I bought a cake for my fiance bday and he absolutely loved it! It was a tres leches, with fruit on top, very good and not overly sweet. Will definitely come back here for more!

I had a last minute order for a birthday cake and Guayameo bakery had an opening available and Im so glad they did! The cake I ordered came out so beautifully and it looked exactly as what I asked for if anything even better! I ordered it in red velvet and it tasted great; not too sweet just perfectly balanced with the frosting and moist cake. The owners were also very nice and helpful as they gave me the idea of the 3 roses. This establishment is very well priced and they make beautiful cakes. They have many Mexican breads and other sweets to choose from if anyone is interested to try some unique breads.

This small bakery is nestled in the 76 gas station shopping center on the corner of niles and morning drive. This has to be one of my go to spots before work. Nothing beats stopping in and getting yourself a fresh concha or doughnut paired with the cinnamon coffee. Be advised though that this little bakery does get busy in the morning. The coffee tends to run out, but who can blame them when it only cost about a dollar a cup. They do however try to keep up with refilling it.They also have Tortas prepared made with ham, lettuce tomatoes cheese and onions in the morning for a quick grab and go.The bakery has a wide variety of snacks. From the famous hot Cheetos with cheese to another Mexican favorite tostilocos. Along with the usual flan and jellos. I Usually stop by on sundays before going over to my moms house for breakfast. Being that she loves her bread I tend to grab a wide variety of sweet breads. I personally really enjoy the bolillo stuffed with cream cheese and jalapeños , yes it might sound like a weird combo but it is very delicious. This is a small mom and pop bakery but the service is top notch and you can really tell that they take pride in their business and their craft. If you are around the are feel free to stop by you will not regret it.

Great job! The flavor of the cake was delicious and aesthetically great looking. Plus, it was done at a fair price. Looked just like the inspo picture. Will be ordering again sometime.

Service was really great and helpful. They have very delicious, pan dulce (Mexican bakery sweet breads/ pastries). They have traditional Mexican cinnamon coffee, which is very tasty, light cinnamon flavor. Fresh bread, donuts, and they also make frappes, cold drinks, a lot more. I definitely will be coming in more often.

One of my favorite Mexican bread places to go. Aside from the Pan Dulce, they offer other Mexican treats such as Mangoniadas, Tostilocos, Takislocos along with Mexican corn and Ham Tortas.

Ordered $80 with of cupcakes and they were a sloppy mess! They clearly over filled them when baking and ripped them apart without even trying to make it look neat. The taste was even worst. They didn't taste like cupcakes, more like dry Mexican bread. And then to top it all off they placed them in a cake box and no proper stand to keep them from moving all over the place and messing up! No I do not recommend this place.

Love their fresh bread & cannolis, and the fact that it is close to home is great but then again I would make too many trips there...
