Ford issued a recall on our Ford Escapes. We called and made an appointment and took the car in...no parts!! Okay no worries we'll reschedule.Three weeks later we made another appointment. Took the day off of work to get the work done.Guess what no parts... this time I went off on the service manager. He's excuse was that the call center should not have made the appointment. Amazing how the owner goes on TV claiming excellent customer service. He's apparently not in touch with his service manager. Let's see if I get a call l from Mr. GROPETTI...or if he blows me off too !!!

No complaints about the work itself as it was done in a timely manner and advisor kept me in the loop via phone. What ruined the experience is a dishonest staff member. Change in center console was gone when I picked up my car. While the amount was less than a dollar, staff shouldn't help themselves to customers' change and think it's ok to just take people hard earned money. I shouldn't have to worry about cleaning out my car of all change prior to taking it to get serviced. Inacceptable and disappointing.

I had an appointment at 2:00 pm today and I was not attended to until 10 minutes later to just get a response from William at Groppetti Automotive that an appointment is not to be seen by tech is to talk about the service of your car it makes no sense and then be told my car was not warranty no more because I passed my three year. But didn't passed my 36,000 miles for my Honda only being a 2018 with 27,000 miles to have rear brake problems this early should be warranted my warranty was voided I'm a long-time customer of Honda's to be treated like this makes me want to change Because they rather loose a good customer then make it right.....I'll never go back to this place again and it really make me think about buying another Honda ever again.....

So thankful for the service department at Honda. I came in for an issue with my key sensors and Dominic Adame quickly figured out and resolved the problem. Although it turned out it was caused by an outside source that installed the wrap on my vehicle he fixed it and was kind enough to not charge me for it. The day right after Christmas I'm very grateful! Thank you!!

Seaside Cadillac has been negligent in resolving an ongoing issue with our purchase of a Cadillac Escalade V. This is the most expensive car on any Cadillac lot and we have had the worst customer experience. They first claimed they had both key fobs onsite at time of purchase but couldn't find one of the two that night. No problem we had a due bill to correct a small scratch on the rear bumper that we could come back for and pick up the spare key fob. Once Seaside contacted us stating that they where ready to complete the due bill scratch repair and provide us our key, we took a day off to bring the car to them and have these issues resolved. Unfortunately after hours and hours of waiting to hear from them we called and they then informed us that "the weather wasn't cooperating to fix the scratch". Ok no problem we need the car back so we will reschedule that repair. We headed down to the dealership to pick up the car and asked for the spare key. Turns out they NEVER had it AGAIN! Frustrated we left but they promised to be in touch after the Thanksgiving holiday. Rodney the salesman even promised to come pick up the car so we wouldn't be inconvenienced again. No one called, no one picked up the car, and we still have the scratch on the bumper as well as no second key fob. To add icing on the cake they incorrectly submitted the VIN number to the DMV. We received a letter in the mail from the finance company notifying us of the mistake about a month after we purchased the car. We still to this day do not have our license plate and it has been over 3 months since we made the purchase. I have given Seaside Cadillac numerous opportunities to correct these issues and have had no resolve. I am at my last straw and I want someone from Groppetti Automotive group. I want my service contract moved to a reproable service department and I want nothing to do with Seaside Cadillac.

Mr Don Groppett, I want to take a moment to say a BIG Thank You to Vincent Sena and Marcelino at Toyota Service Dept. I had a major repair last month and today it was a nail in my tire. Both times I received excellent customer service. Vincent explained everything very thoroughly and kept me updated every step of the way for the major repair. Excellent service again today for nail In tire. Fixed promptly even though they were very busy and I was on my merry way. I can't forget Marcelino who saw the mail as soon as I pulled up. Ignored our verbal request to finance through a specific credit union and snuck in agreement for some other random credit union out of Bakersfield. Finance guy NOT ONCE MENTIONED THIS NEW CREDIT UNION but snuck in the agreement with the other paperwork. We are done with gropetti. BTW our credit was in the very good range. We could have our choice of finance options.
