Not that bad.
Vegan smoked salmon, and the taste test. It's not bad, I like it with tomato and garlic. If you are vegan it's perfect for you.
This is my receipt.
This was absolutely wonderful.
Mild jalapeno tuna was very tasty. I added hard boiled egg and pickle to my liking
Very fresh and tasty
Taste test. Not bad for frozen fish. It shrunk after microwaving. Just a snack.
Delish. I love mortadella. Hope they will have more soon.

3.5 stars. The other night at the check out, the cashier advised me that they're out of receipt paper, so I would not be getting a receipt (and asked if I was OK with that). That was an immediate red flag to me. When I asked how returns would be handled without a receipt, she said I could take a picture of the register screen. It seems unethical to operate like this. Can no one go get some paper? Seems very disorganized and unprofessional. Besides that, I usually enjoy shopping here. Just avoid the apples in bags-- they're always so banged up.

Cashiers put up the sign saying their register is closed and only help those that don't bother to pay attention to it. Guess they are hoping most people are decent and read it. The staff is lazy, especially the guy with the man bun.

The one in Ridgecrest doesn't open until 8 a.m. The Grocery Outlet in Bishop and Mammoth Lakes both open at 7 a.m.The vegetables are seldom top quality here in Ridgecrest. I don't know why this location is not as good as the others. They really need to put in a Self-Checkout. The clerks are always away stocking products and I always have to wait for someone to notice me standing at the checkout. There will be employees around but I don't know which one is supposed to do checkout. So a clerk come running as if interrupted. I don't like being treated like I am a bother to a store employee. Perhaps the store should hire people just to the CHECKOUT clerk position and others just to stock. There would be a more pleasant and less chaotic feeling to my shopping experience if I didn't have to deal with overworked hateful resentful employees who hate their job. That's why I prefer doing the majority of my shopping at Walmart, where I can do Self-Check out and avoid the negative attitude of store clerks.

They have a pretty good selection though out the store. Much cheaper prices as well. They also have a great selection of wine and beer. And the prices are amazing for this too. They offer military discounts as well and living in a military community it helps.

This place is amazing for deals and selection; the selection is variable throughout the week, but the items that come through are at a fraction of the cost of a normal store for almost all goods and the organic items are diverse. The staff and management are helpful, polite, and very welcoming. I'd suggest this place to anyone who wants quality goods at a budget price.Give them your money!!! :)

Excellent store! The hubby and I call this our fave store. It's always clean and the employees always seem busy which is good because they're always stocking. The owner seems nice and attentive. The prices are excellent and the quality of their products it's extremely good. If the price seems too good to be true be smart and check the expiration date. Their organic section is awesome and they carry a lot of good known products at low prices (which we love lol). Stop by and give it a chance :0)

IF they have what you need or want, AND it is still within the "use by" date, you'll get a bargain.IF it is something that you can freeze or store for later, do so.Things you'll use quickly, dry goods, pet food and baked goods, are usually well priced, and they have some interesting wines on occasion. If you go there to buy one or two small items, take a couple of canvas tote bags. . . You're welcome!

So disappointing to see what's happened to what was a fun interesting store. Selection has diminished to the point that it's rare that the shelves are fully stocked. Their once delicious selection of different, reasonably priced frozen foods is basic and sparse. Their fantastic candy selection has become mostly an old collection of left-overs. The once enthusiastic employees are over tasked & under staffed. A recent trip to the grocery outlet at Lake Isabella reminded me what a grocery shopping jewel this used to be. It's almost worth a trip there just to shop there.

This review is about the Sav-On Pharmacy. I found some of the staff there to be unhelpful and not forthcoming in telling me what to do in the case of back ordered medication that is critical to my health and which I have run out of (though no fault of my own). I guess this is an under-resourced pharmacy, and I really wish I hadn't transferred all my prescriptions to them. (They were cheaper this year under Medicare.) The culture among some of the employees is to pass the buck rather than to show any caring.

Store manager asked me not to return to store after he reviewed the video tape showing cashier forgetting to provide me my 2.88 in change. I asked him if he was going to pay me for my time since the cashier changed her story about closing her drawer to thinking she gave me my change. Cashier then rings up basket of goods left by customer behind me by customer who got tired of waiting for manager to review video. The next customer let cashier know goods were not his. It was comical. Store manager returns and I was provided with change and told by him that I'm not welcome to the store. By this time the line was longer. I image that while this store manager is running the show... he'll want to ban you from the store for speaking your First Amendment rights. Zero customer service skills. It's obvious the owners don't care about the bottom line of their business since they employed him. Spend your money where you're appreciated as a customer... not at Grocery Outlet in Ridgecrest, CA
