Another fine experience with this company. Worked with Jessica to swap out an old wood burning stove insert for a nice new gas insert in one of my rentals. With the voucher from the valley air district there was $0 out of pocket. They even helped submit all of the paperwork.

I honestly do not know if this company is still in business because nobody answers the phones even during normal business hours. I had an emergency the other night where we smelled gas in the house. After turning off the main and shutting off heaters and venting the house i call Banner Air, or tried to FOR HOURS . I left several messages and was always reverted back to what appeared to be chat with a AI Bot not a human after hours dispatch. The Bot seemed to even have concern that that gas leak is serious and that the emergency services are $210.00 and to call the Emergency Dispatch for immediate assistance at 661-312-5858Which i have been calling 8 times leaving messages and looping back into chat with a Bot. So frustrating because ever since Ray Hubbell retired in 2022 i have used Banner Air with no issues. Jessica in the office was great and the last two guys that came out to service my A/C units Jeremy and Emanuel were very friendly knowledgeable and professional. What the hell happened?Im so frustrated with having an emergency and following their after hours instructions including chatting about my Delima with a Bot and just ghosted. Not a call back or anything despite them having a record of the chat and all my voicemail messages. Unfortunately i will have to move on and use a competitor and its not because of those hard working people its because decision makers who thought this was a good way to do business. Called on Friday for service on our A/C, they were able to schedule us on Tuesday which is extremely quick given it is July and temps have been up to 115. Joseph was our service technician and he was extremely polite and thorough he went over our A/C cleaned and tightened up a couple things checked out thermostat and was going to check our air filter, it we change ours every 90 days so it was not necessary since we had just changed it July 1. This company offered us a great deal on spring and winter service. We will definitely be using them for all our A/C needs. Thank you Joseph and Greer Banner Air for making us feel comfortable with our units performance and for offering us an amazing service agreement.

Cleaning service maintenance was done professionally and worker was friendly. Great prices, and heater is now working again. Much appreciated is the explanation in detail of what the issue was, what was done in the service, and what issues may arise in the future with my specific unit due to it being old, but no unneeded services were pushed other than what was needed. I had my annual AC check-up to get ready for the Bakersfield summer. They found that my air compressor motor was going bad and should be replaced. As usual, Banner air found the problem and repaired it just before we had a triple-digit heat wave hit this March 2020. I must say, it is such a pleasure to have a company do exactly what they say they will do, be on time and have highly qualified personal to complete the job. So the other night our AC unit started leaking water in the house UGH! Called Banner yesterday ( Monday ) and they are so busy they couldn't get to us till Tuesday. Technician showed up when they said they would. (Joe) was professional and talked us thru as to why AC was leaking, very friendly and knowledgeable and he fixed the issue and had our AC running within 45 minutes. The $140 was worth the fix and peace of mind as Joe broke down what he did to the unit so this doesn't happen in the near future.

Our AC unit stopped blowing cold air on a 105 degree day. The next morning we called and they came out that morning. The technician got there early and got the problem diagnosed within 10 minutes.
