Originally had left a low review, but after meeting with their staff the issue was resolved.

My laptop started breaking at the area where it is hinged. After a few weeks more the layers started separating mostly on the right side.I did not know whether it could be repaired or not. So I took it over to Grapevine to let them have a look at it. After checking on parts, (a new back), Tomas told me he could fix it. As Tomas assured me, the laptop works just fine now. Thank You Grapevine MSP Technology Services, I really did not want to buy a new laptop at this time.

If you are looking for a group of qualified professionals to take care of your IT issues, this is it. Don't go anywhere else. Do yourself a favor! I will swear by these guys... I have brought my computer here twice already, different dates, different years even! Both times, I received a highly professional service and my problem was resolved effectively. What you should know is that "it's not just their knowledge and expertise" which is of course of utmost importance. But in addition to that, they are truly attentive, genuinely courteous, and willingly helpful. It feels particularly special, when you don't expect that kind of service from a group of hi-tech minds... I mean, they are an IT company, not the Ritz Carlton Hotel. But you would think they are! Aside from that, and most importantly, they are EXPERTS. They know what they are talking about when it comes to technical issues. My initial meeting with Grapevine had a lot of friction, they were late the for the first scheduled meeting, the second they sent me to their office and did not show. They have an impressive operation better scaled for larger businesses I will say. I found their work to be expensive and lackluster, my current at the time GM set them up to visit our office, and I was unaware just how expensive they were. We needed our network either renamed or set up with a new provider, they were unable to do that. Also we wanted our printer discoverable on the network wirelessly. They also could not do that. We never had any sort of fee agreement or signed contract. I wish we would have because I would have dismissed them immediately. They billed us for travel time as well and I feel that to be obnoxious. Being very busy with a startup I dont have the time to contest or argue with these folks. so my bill was contested after 90 days when I was quite surprised by the charges. I wont recommend them to anyone. I spoke with the owner and got nowhere.

I am not a techie person, and my computer stopped working. I tried all of my limited tricks, got very frustrated, went online, and called Grapevine. In the middle of the stay at home Covid-19 orders, they said "come on down" and we'll fix your problem. Everyone at Grapevine was very friendly and I met and talked with Joe for quite a while as his team worked on my computer. In a matter of minutes, they corrected the problem, told me what they did, and cleaned up my computer. Very professional and very willing to work with a self-employed person like myself.
