The one in Rosedale is great the employees are cheerful and very helpful it us my go to place to donate gently used clothing, my 100's of books and other things that I no longer need. Just remember to think before you bring in something if you wouldn't wear due to the condition then don't donate and don't bring in broken anything .

Made a donation today, bright and early, as it was going to very hot. The gentleman that helped me unload my car was very pleasant & helpful. Will be donating again at this location.

Went to drop off 3 bags of clothes for donation and they were so rude! It was my first time & I don't know the process. Nothing was said to me at all I was like ok I put the tailgate down & the guy grabbed the bags threw them in the bin & walked off didn't say anything or came back, leaving me with the tailgate open waiting there lol. I don't mind opening and closing my own trunk but don't leave me there like a idiot... Will be donating elsewhere.

Two stars simply because they're a goodwill. They don't accept donations even though they have a sign for it. Their selection inside is never too great either. This is probably the weakest Bakersfield location. On top of that, they're very rude.

They over charge. When I left to look at my receipt I was charged for a $5 women's top when I bought a short sleeve simple little boys shirt that I was going to have to make altercations to. I noticed things that had been originally sold at the dollar store going for $2. The long sleeve women's tops were all being charged as expensive sweaters. The cashiers all look at you like they should be charging you more even though they know it's wrong. They are crazy. This is supposed to be a charity shop.

Don't buy anything electronic. They say they test the item but when you get home it don't work. And all sales are final. Complete rip off
