I was very disappointed in my flowers from here. I ordered sympathy flowers and they looked nothing like the advertised picture online. When I went to pick it up, it looked as if the flowers were old. I do appreciate the fact that they took my order under short notice, but if they didn't have the flowers or the fresh flowers available I wish they would have shared that with me so I can look some place else. I know I sound harsh, but it's the truth and I was upset bc I was already mourning and this didn't help the situation.

I've had a few deliveries through Gonzalez Flower Shop for my family in the area and every time the flower arrangements are beautiful and well priced. They're very helpful and friendly with their customer service on the phone as well, definitely worth the value.

I've been coming here for the last couple of valentines, never really dealt with the older female mom, whose the owner. My wife hates roses, sunflowers are her favorite so this has been the only store to carry them on Valentine's Day. Came in, waited my turned asked how much the sunflowers were. She rudely asked me if I wanted an arrangement with them to up sell me. Kindly refused and she said she could sell them in other arrangements for $150. She aggressively told me they were $5 each. I replied that I don't have to buy them and I could leave if she was going to lose so much money with my purchase. What ever money is money, but the fact that she treats what was her daughter like dog poop in front of costumers was just wrong. I get it it's valentines which is the most hectic day for work at a flower shop. Like I mention prior that I've been coming here for a couple of years, and it's always the same thing her running around with her head cut off yelling at her employees and family. Put a nasty taste in my mouth that my stupid $20, which is a penny of a fraction of their business will go somewhere else.I wish her the best and hopefully she changes for her kids. No one deserves a butt for a mom.

I am really disappointed with my experience with this shop. The arrangement did not look like what they have on the website. The flowers my girl had less roses and had a lot of leaves. I paid extra for premium which suppose to have even more roses. It was also delivered 1 and a half hour late! I specifically told them and left a note on the order to deliver between 10-11am. It was delivered 12:30pm and my girl had already left school so she had to drive back to pick it up. I ended up with a grand total of $143 including tax and delivery. Although Maria was nice and helpful when I placed the order yesterday. I think someone just dropped the ball here. I'm trying another shop next time.

I called four different florists in AV for pricing on a dozen Roses for an early Valentines Day delivery and this shop gave me the best price. They accommodated my request for delivery during a certain time window and the dozen roses received were fully opened and in great shape. I did everything over the phone and they did a terrific job and at a better price than their competitors.

Great place to order flowers from. Very professional and pleasant. I ordered a flower arrangement for Mother's Day to be delivered and they were delivered within the time frame expected. Their online ordering process is easy. Their arrangements are beautiful and reasonably priced. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Great service and beautiful flower arrangements! I ordered same day for my aunts 70th birthday and they delivered the most beautiful colorful arrangement, adding my aunt's favorite flowers Thank you so much for helping to make my aunts birthday special!

I'm very impressed with the roses I order for my wife. Their service was great, easy to place an order ahead of time and most importantly the quality of their roses it's amazing. Thank you Gonzalez flower shop I'll be coming back soon.

We ordered the premium you pick the flowers.It was nice. I thought it would be more flowers? We're satisfied with it, tho.
