My new favorite boba place. The lady at the counter is very nice and the place is clean. The drinks are delicious

I order all drinks 50% sugar and 50% ice. I might need more ice with the Antelope Valley as it is. The staff were super friendly and mentioned that during the soft opening the hours are 12pm (noon) to 6pm! Very responsive and when I forgot how much sugar I usually get, the young gentleman suggest 50%! I then recalled I go 50/50 when I used to always frequent one of the Gong Cha in Irvine. I might need to go 30% cause I might have gotten used to lot less sugar since I moved up here.Thanks for posting about this on the AV Restaurant Support FB group! Really good boba (pearl) flavor as well.

Finally a PROPER boba place in the AV. (It's Boba Time is terrible IMO.) The storefront is straight business - just order and leave; no seating indoors. A sign at the counter says to order at the kiosk (there are 2) but I was able to order at the counter. The girl working there is attentive and friendly. I ordered Pearl Milk Tea ($6) and Oolong Milk tea ($6.45 with added boba), both 50% sweet. Both drinks are delicious and creamy. The pearls are chewy, not mushy, and taste infinitely better than the ones at It's Boba Time. I was worried that Palmdale would ruin even a reputable chain like Gong Cha but I'm beyond relieved that they are just as good here as any other Gong Cha branch I've been to. So glad to have a proper boba place to go to now in the AV!

No one greeted me for 15 minutes. The worker was really impatient when I was asking questions about the menu. Ended up ordering the pearl milk tea. Id say it was a 3/10. Definitely won't be coming back.

Amazing drinks and food! Service was amazing, workers give off a great ambiance to the shop! It says temp closed but they are open! Went in 6/7/24!

the drinks are really good and delicious however some of the staff are rude and condescending to customers. Sort of talking to you as if you lack the common sense to understand what they're saying. Im hoping the employees will treat their customers better in the near future.

Tried the ice teas, QQ passion fruit, milk foam oolong, and winter melon. They use fresh loose leaf, not that powder crap. It's really delicious and refreshing. I'm glad they came to the AV, probably one of the better boba spots. Employee was friendly, helpful, and explained stuff on the menu I've never heard of. There was only one employee, it's a very small spot, so order ahead of time. If u don't mind a small wait for something good, this spot is worth checking out.

This location is right next door to the Baskin Robbin icecream place so if you blink you might miss it. We came on a soft grand opening day. Only one staff working at the time. He was super helpful and nice. We order our drinks off a computerize screen. I'm old school so it got a little complicated for me but I'll catch up one day lol. I ordered the smoothie mango with white creamy topping it was so dang delicious. I'm definitely coming back again. This is one of the best boba tea from Taiwan. High quality ingredients!

Drink is great, service from the asian (Chinese, I think) woman is questionable. I think she might be the owner. She was quite rude to one of her staff, as she swiftly grabbed a cup from her hand. I'm not sure if she was having a rough day, but I've gotten negative vibes from her every time I've seen her there when I was ordering. She has issues with customers customizing their drinks. You'll hear from her about it. She is quite repetitive about it, too. She expects an easy business of not having to interact with customers, so if it's not on the menu, she makes it a big deal! That's a horrible policy to not be able to customize your drink! And, yet, there's a space in the Notes section of the ordering screen where you can leave customization comments or add-ons. Oh and don't bother bringing cash; it's a digital kiosk only.

The large milk foam coffee drink is $8.30 with boba. It's very creamy, milky especially compared to Bobatime, which is cheaper and has a less rich flavor. The owner recommended 50% sugar because 100% is too sweet. She was right.
